It's easy to use and has a setting for bagels. The size was right and so was the price. Nicely matches our other stainless steel appliances.

Nice Toaster

Operation is easy and it toasts very quickly on a lower setting perfectly... Happy with purchase so far...

I had rust on the outside of the toaster.

When we removed it from the packaging there were two or three stickers on the device. under the stickers was rust. I tried calling Best Buy numerous times and was never able to speak to anyone about making an exchange in person as I had ordered it on line. I eventually researched how to get rid of the rust and used a paste of water and baking soda and was able to get rid of lots of it. I would have rather had a non rusty item, but the need for it was greater than my ability to get to a store and hope for an exchange.

This toaster was NO disappointment. It toasts evenly and quickly. It is also a good looking toaster. The price was very good as well.
