SET AT ONE THE LOWEST SETTING IT IS OVER TOASTED TO THE BURNT END. IF YOU ENJOY BLACKEN TOAST YOU WILL LOVE IT, I DON'T. NO TOASTER SHOULD BE BURNING TOAST AT LOWEST LEVEL AND IT ISN'T A COMPLETELY TOASTED ITEM AS WELL. IT HEATS HIGH AS BOTTOM OF MICROWAVE WILL BE TOO WARM, WHICH IS CONCERNING. PRO IS THE CANCEL BUTTON, WHICH WHEN BURNING SMELL ARISES I CANCEL. WAS RATED GOOD...? I GET THE LEMON?

It is flashy and has all the basic fucntions one would prefer from a toaster. Pretty tough to screw up a toaster and doesn't appear they did so here.

I open box, found a small piece of plastic, found it is broken timer knob. I return to Best Buy
