This great little charger was purchased for charging on the go. It is surprisingly compact, lightweight and portable . It adheres to the magnetic iPhone backing flawlessly. The wired connection also feels secure. Definitely a good buy.

This battery pack last me so long and I love how MagSafe comparable it is, it last me all day and charges my phone quickly to where I’m able to use it when I need to.

I needed a portable wireless charger for my phone and ear buds that was slim enough to fit in a pocket but also had wireless charging so I didn’t have to always carry around a cable. As I wasn’t picky about the brand, I decided to pick up the Best Buy essentials 5000mAh Magnetic Wireless Portable Charger. Pros: - Slim pocket friendly. - 7.5W Wireless Charging. - Simultaneous Charging. - Kickstand to stand up phone while charging. Cons: - Only 5000mAh Charging: The Best Buy essentials portable charger I got came with half charge out of the box. The charger can charge a phone wirelessly, with 7.5W wireless charging. This isn’t the fastest charging rate, but the wireless charging convenience balances it out. Alternatively, you can charge via a USB-C cable, which can provide up to 15W of charging. The only shortcoming of this charger is the battery capacity is on the lower end for portable chargers, at 5000mAh. On average, this is about 1 to 1.5 charges on a phone, though some phones have bigger batteries than this. Your use will vary depending on the phone, but I found that 5000mAh is more than enough to top my phone off for 1 charge before finding somewhere to plug in. Another reason I picked up the Best Buy essentials charger was it could charge 2 devices simultaneously, up to a total charging rate of 15W. This was perfect as I usually need to charge my phone, but sometimes also need to charge my earbuds at the same time. I found that the wireless charging worked through most cases, even the thick Otterbox cases. I did find the magnet wasn’t quite strong enough to keep it inplace on the thicker cases. Though for my ear buds or thinner cases, the device would snap into place magnetically to the charger. Slim Size: The battery pack is very slim and pocket friendly, it is just bigger than a credit card and about as thick as a phone in a case. The measured size is 4.02in by 2.68in by 0.55in and about 1/3 lb in weight. It was the perfect size to slide into a pocket or bag, I could easily fit it into the back pocket of my jeans. Kickstand: On the back of the charger is a little kickstand, that can be used to hold your phone up while charging, which was quite convenient if you wanted to keep using your phone while charging or even just to have stand for your phone while on the go. You can use the kickstand with the charger horizontally or vertically, up to your preference. Conclusion: If you need a wireless charger that is slim and compatible with most phones, the Best Buy Essentials Magnetic Wireless Portable Charger might be a good pick for you. On the plus side, the included kickstand comes in handy without taking up any more room. I’ll be keeping this one in my pocket for the next time I need a charge on the go.

Really nice wireless charger. Comes in a very compact box and includes a short USB type C cable to charge it. It’s very easy to charge and use. It has a small button on the side that you press and it will light up 4 white LEDs on the side indicating the charge level of the battery bank. The battery bank itself can charge any device via its USB port or wirelessly. It’s magnetic and supports any MagSafe enable device, but works also with any other device that supports wireless Qi charging. I like that it has a small retractable foot on the side so you can prop it up sideways and you can charge your device in landscape mode (so you can watch movies or videos while charging your device in example). The magnet is strong and keeps my devices attached and charging very well. I have charged several devices like my phone, my watch and also a pair earbuds inside their charging case and has worked well and without any issues. It’s very easy to use and very convenient, I’ve had charging banks in the past but never a wireless charging one, this is my first and can’t go back!!

I am very happy with this wireless portable charger! Although it does have a bit of a cheap plasticy construction, it lends itself towards being a very lightweight and portable. One of my biggest concerns when I first pulled it out of the box is that it would end up getting too hot while wireless charging my iPhone 14 Pro via magsafe. I am happy to report that it does not! This charger does not appear that it is going to be at any threat of ending up on an immediate recall list as compared to some of the recent Anker wireless chargers that got recalled due to fire hazard (yikes). This charger is exactly as utilitarian as its price would indicate. It chargers my iPhone with ease and also has zero problem charging my Airpods Pro 2 case, even while it is encapsulated in a thick and very sturdy dbrand case! The little kickstand on this charger is awesome, allowing me to put my phone in landscape mode and watch a video on my break of lunch while giving it some extra juice to make it through the day. My maximum battery capacity is down to 87% on my iPhone, so it was important to me to get something that would allow me to carry some extra charge in my pocket without breaking the bank. This charger gives me all of that for sure! It is handy too that it has USB-C input and output so you can use a cable to charge other miscellaneous devices that require a direct plug in. It looks like it can do both wireless charging and wired charging at the same time! It also appears to be able to do pass-through charging, so you can charge this portable power bank while it is charging your phone or other compatible magsafe style device! This is handy in situations where plug-in options aren’t abundant and it would be handy to top off both devices at once. The only downer is that the USB-C port on my power bank is already very temperamental, requiring you to really sink that cable in flush in order for the charging to work whether input or output. As such, I am not quite sure if I would trust this device to years of longevity with frequent wired charging. Altogether, this Best Buy Essentials charger is an easy 5 out of 5 stars for me! Don’t hesitate to pick this up for a quick and useful stocking stuffer for your loved one this holiday! Cheers!

The portable charger market is a vast market these days, so trying to decide on a solution can be a bit of a challenge. The Best Buy essentials 5,000mAh Magnetic Wireless Portable Charger should certainly be a solution to consider. As with other essential products, this is a no-frills portable charger that supports MagSafe charging for the recent iPhone models and any other USB-C device by using the provided USB-C to USB-C cable. In the Box – Included with this charger is the box, charger/battery unit, a USB-C to USB-C cable and a user’s guide. It’s just the “essentials”. Setup – There is no specific setup which is nice, I fully charged the device on receipt and started testing it out. Overall Impressions – This is an easy-to-use charger, particularly for the MagSafe iPhones as it simply connects to the back of the phone and begins charging automatically. There are 5 small LED lights that show the battery and charging status. I was able to charge my iPhone 16 Pro from about 60% to full charge and my wife’s iPhone 16 Pro another 30% before the battery was depleted and shut off. From a manufacturing perspective the charger feels a bit on the lower end, but so far it has stood up well to being carried around in my backpack and has no issues repowering my iPhone when needed. There’s also a foldable kickstand which is a nice touch. Pros: - MagSafe connection for compatible iPhones - Low-profile design and light for carrying - Foldable kickstand - Easy to charge and use, starts charging automatically when connected to phone - LEDs to show charging and battery status - USB-C connection and included cable Cons: - Haven’t found any yet! Overall, the Best Buy essentials 5,000mAh Magnetic Wireless Portable Charger has been a great addition to my travel bag. It’s basic but does what it’s supposed to and is light enough I don’t notice the extra piece in my bag. I would certainly recommend this charger to anyone looking for a an affordable and reliable charger for a MagSafe iPhone or USB-C device.

Starting out the package is small and compact, which is nice as you don’t waste too much trash. The power bank itself is pretty small and comes with a cable to charge it. You can charge your phone the USB C cable, or attach your own if it has a USB C end. For me tonight having an iPhone with MagSafe the best way is to simply stick this to the back of the iPhone and let it charge. With its compact size the power bank sticks on the back of my phone without getting on the way. So it’s great to use when I need the phone and don’t want to plug it in at one spot. I use this around the house much more then any larger power bank I’ve used in the past. As I can click it ok and then keep moving to places without a charger. There are a few things though to pay attention to. Because of the size you get a limited battery so I’m only getting 2 or 3 charges before I need to add power to the power bank. So if you need something else that gives you lots of chargers this may not be it. The other thing is there is only one port. So you can only charge one thing at a time. And you use the same port to plug in so it means you cannot use this as a wall plug, thought I haven’t tried charging the power bank and wireless charging a phone. Overall this a great power bank if you tend to run out of phone battery and want something that attaches and you can still use the phone. This isn’t going to be a power bank if your need something for a lot of recharges but those won’t be easy to carry around.

I’ve been using this mag safe portable charger for a few days now and I’m happy. It works well at doings it’s only job which is charging. The magnet is solid and attaches easily but does wiggle just a bit not bad and will not fall off so no worries there. The portable charger includes a nice little kick stand built in and it’s a nice little add in feature. The battery is not high capacity but will fully charge my iPhone 16 pro max just find. Personally I didn’t choose this to take out of the house. I actually like to sleep with my phone next to be on the bed while I sleep to play music, this this charger is ideal and works perfectly for my case. It does not charge super fast so I’m ok with it charging slower while I sleep my 8 hours. There is a power button on the side which I’m assuming is to help keep the battery from draining while not in use. A nice feature to have but the only thing I don’t like is that the battery level indicator lights stay on the whole time while connected to the phone. I get it but it’s bright while I sleep and I’m guessing it uses at least some of the built in battery. But other than that I like it. And it is very useful and that’s the main point in getting one of these. It works well and its inexpensive as well. So you really can’t go wrong in my opinion!

Works really good magnet holds on the back of the phone very well for the prize. It’s a great charger. Get up to at least two charges per phone. I have no issues with this product.

This little charging box was fast to charge fully and equally fast to charge my device. I really like the portability of it. Its handy to have not only as a means of last resort, but the size is perfect for just sticking both in your pocket and going! Actually, I prefer a wireless world. Great product for the price!

Charger is lightweight but has strong magnet. Charges pretty fast although does make your phone hot. Especially if you have a case on it without case phone doesn't get as hot. It's okay for emergencies but wouldn't use everyday.

This phone charger is works like a gem. Very easy to use and charges fast.

Good for 1 full charge. Perfect for going to theme parks and trips. Small and portable. Having an extra charge and not worrying about having to find an outlet is convenient.

I like this charger just fine, it's a little bulky for my taste, but I really like the charging lights at the bottom that lets me know how much of a charge is left, unlike the Apple charger. It gets really hot when I charge the phone, I'm not sure if that's normal, and does not really charge the phone 100% but this is great in a pinch.
