Perfect fit for my living room putting it together took like 4 hours but so worth it

The product is beautiful. My daughter and I put it together and was not that complicated. ships in 2 separate boxes the fireplace came a week later. The only issue I have is the lights are stuck in a blinking pattern, the remote is unresponsive, tried to replace batteries thinking the batteries were defective but still stuck in a blinking pattern. Sadly wont be able to use the RGB lights. :(

I was so inconvenienced with the pieces being shipped separately. Especially after paying for assembly. I'll never purchase from this company I've Best Buy again. I should have been notified that these pieces were sold and shipped separately. However it wasn't told to me.
