This Birdfy bamboo birdfeeder is absolutely beautiful. The quality is great, it was easy to set up, and the camera is excellent. Upon opening the box, I charged the camera and put two coats of sealer on the birdhouse to keep it protected. I synced my camera to my Wi-Fi and had to do an update first before I installed it in the birdfeeder. I did have to turn the camera off when it was completed and restarted it. My husband and I attached it to a pole and had it up and running in no time. I would say within the first half hour, we had our first bird. The camera will notify you when there is a bird on the feeder and will record a little video and several pictures. In the app, it will tell you what bird it is. You can choose to save the photos or delete them. I seem to save everyone that I see! The feeder has two separate sections for seed so you can put two different kinds in to attract more birds. Cleaning seams easy because you can remove the camera and the plexi glass inserts for the seed and wash it thoroughly. Overall, I would recommend this feeder to any bird enthusiast.

This is the third Birdfy product I have purchased. I have 2 bamboo feeders and a camera unit. Pros: -It was surprisingly easy to set up. The instructions are clear. The audio prompts are helpful. I had no trouble getting it installed. I originally bought another brand (before my bamboo feeder) that was hard to set up and would not stay connected. This was a much better experience. -The app is pretty intuitive and easy to use. -The camera quality is very good. It gets great video of the birds. I wish screenshots were a little sharper. -The motion sensor works well. -The bamboo feeder is really attractive. The Cons: -I wish you could switch the orientation to portrait. You can only rotate 180 degrees. -I wish you could focus the camera. -You have to seal it initially and multiple times a year. I highly recommend setting it up on a pole with a baffle or the squirrels will chew it up. All in all I’m very pleased with my purchase and am enjoying the daily bird shows.

I bought this as a gift for my nature loving husband. He was so surprised and set it up right away. It is easy to use and he loves the bird id feature. Would definitely recommend for anyone who loves bird watching.

It’s great to get pictures and visitors from the backyard. Overall setup is easy, the solar panel makes recharging of the camera a nonissue. Quality is pretty good, when the sun doesn’t shine directly into the lens. It is fun to see the birds up close and AI is identifying most of them when the birds are cooperative and the light decent. There are some occasional wrong identifications when the bird is only partially visible. The creatures most appreciative of the feeder, however, are our squirrels. As I need to be able to get to it for refill, so can squirrels to fill their belly. The AI identifies those furry “birds” easily. There is an option to sound a siren, but that’s manually via the app. Even if you use that, the squirrels don’t even flinch. Hence, it doesn’t really matter that there is no automated siren upon detection of squirrels.

I put up my new feeder a few days ago and I absolutely love it. It did take a few days for birds to come visit the feeder but now they are very active. I am getting various types of birds and the AI is helping me identify them. For the most part it is accurate. The pictures and videos of the birds are amazing quality. The one thing to mention is the feeder is very heavy so having a place to mount it is key. Very happy with my feeder and highly recommend?

I’ve used a couple of other brands, but this feeder is the best. Great quality, good customer service when needed.

It’s super easy to set up! Although, we used a drill to make it a little faster. My kids are obsessed with it—it’s the perfect addition to our little nature homeschool.

I had to return this one. It wouldn't hold the wifi connection as soon as I took it outside.

I love this Bamboo feeder. It has brought birdwatching to a whole new level. The setup is very easy and with the included solar panel it makes charging a breeze. The design of the feeder is so pretty. It has a large seed bin and the camera is exceptional. Once you have the app set up you can choose your notifications. The videos are so clear and colorful. I would definitely recommend this feeder to anyone who loves watching nature .

So far, the birds have been flocking to it. I own 3 other Netvue bird feeders, and I've never had any issues with them, and it's definitely looking like this one will be great as well. I like the wood quality, it's a nice change from everyone using plastic. Camera quality is great and the wifi range hasn't been an issue. The solar panel that comes with it gets sun about half the day where I have it placed, and it's keeping it charged no problem. Definitely recommend picking this up if you're a fellow bird lover.

This is my 3rd Birdfy! Our family loves these and they are so much fun to see all of the birds as them migrate through Texas. What the BB picture doesn't show is the perch extender for that is included in the box. This one can literally fit 6 cardinals at once! The AI is good since we do get all different kinds of migrating ones. Super easy to setup and everyone should have one of these!

Love this bird feeder. I have purchased one other Birdfy feeder for the back yard and decided to get this for the front of the house. The design is very modern and love getting the notifications when flying friends are visiting.
