The keyboard jtself is perfect. Keys feel good, pressure for actuation is perfect, height and adjustable angle are all great. The only problem is the volume knob is very cheap and does not work reliably. This is true for both keyboards I purchased.

Was waiting for a week to make sure no issues arrived before writing a review. Got it in the mail, the box wasnt damaged and the keyboard's packaging is really nice! The armrest is comfortable, the multitude of options that you're given to customize the lighting is fun (albeit a little frustrating at first) and it looks amazing both day and night! The strokes on the keyboard are smooth and it's response time is instant as well. It also has the headphone jack and USB port on the side, which is a nice touch for those with that in the back or a laptop that acts as a desktop. I recommend it!

Honestly the best keyboard I’ve had in a while. It’s incredibly comfortable and the palm rest is fantastic. It’s very clicks so you’ll have to configure your mic sensitivity but apps like Discord will take care of that no problem. The additional USB port and headphone jack come in clutch when my headset was too far away from the computer! Worth every penny. The lighting in this keyboard is incredible and has so much customizability it’s ridiculous! Even games can take over the lighting, like Apex and Overwatch for example.

Love this keyboard when I first used one at a gaming center. I took note of the make and model and I shopped around for one. Luckily Best Buy had it one sale and picked it up right away. Live the click and clack of the keys. The higher keys is something to get used to since my previous KB was more flushed and quiet. Love that I can change the colors and they different light motions are awesome!! The KB does have some weight, but love that too because it doesn't slide around. The side USB is very convenient, but unfortunately it's USB 2.0 not USB 3.0 If you're expecting fast data transfer speed, don't.

Oh my gosh, this keyboard is amazing! I have been a fan of Razer and their product forever and my entire setup is all Razer gear. I have the Razer Deathadder Elite (mouse), Firefly Cloth Edition (mouse pad), and the BlackWidow Elite (keyboard) and they are all beyond amazing. Not only is the performance the top of the line, but the Razer Chroma Lighting is soooooooooooooo cool! The Razer Synapse Software is so easy to use and everything works perfectly. All in all, I would absolutely, recommend this keyboard to anyone looking for an amazing, piece of equipment. And not only a gaming piece of equipment, but it also works well for everyday work. The Razer Synapse software allows you to record macros and assign them to virtually any key on the keyboard, so for video editing, and pretty much everything, it is the keyboard to get. This is truly an amazing machine, and it would recommend it to anyone, not just gamers.

Exactly what I was looking for. Go in knowing this is a tactile feedback based keyboard (Razer Green switches), and you'll be fine. It's got a very great feel in the keys of course, and the unit when considered as a whole feels well made thanks in part to the metal top plate. The Razer software is working well enough for me to not have any issues. Macro and RGB customization is easy enough. No need to create an account if you use guest mode, though there are features that are limited if you do use guest mode (profile transportability for one I think).

Love this keyboard. I am not a gamer, but chose this as visually impaired and needed a great product that lights up and easy to use at low light.

Before purchasing this one I already own another mechanical keyboard using Cherry MX brown switches. I've already wanted to own a Razer keyboard as I feel its Green switch offers a unique clicky and tactile response, just as good as Cherry MX switches. So once I have the funding I purchase this keyboard for my 2nd PC and I don't regret it. Build quality, media keys (I especially like the volume knob design) and soft wrist rest pad are all highlights of this product. Even the much complained Razer Synapse 3 software was like a breeze on my PC: I installed it and used it to configure the lighting and I don't find much problem using it.

This keyboard is amazing for the price. It does require Razer Synapse 3 software installation to use on your computer for the chroma effects. But it's well worth it and you can customize the lighting effects. It has a usb slot on the side that works and a headphone audio jack but I would recommend not to put high powered headphones to sound quality. The green switches and the mechanical function helps in fps games. All around I have had other gaming keyboards but this was an upgrade from a chroma ornata v1 and i am loving it.

First off, no I am not a Razer fanboy, even though I have their mouse as well. I just like their products. I was wanting a new mechanical keyboard with rgb, since my Logitech mechanical keyboard did not have rgb. I chose this one because a friend of mine recommended it to me. I’m glad I listened to him. The build quality is great and I’m loving the Green Switches. I was in the market for blue switches and these are a great alternative. Tactile and clicky! Razer Synapse also works well when creating different effects for the keyboard. 100% would recommend!

Love the keyboard. Upgraded from the cynosa because i wanted to try out a mechanical key board. The green switches feel great and aren’t too loud. Chroma controls are great but razer is known for this across the board. Price point seems to be far compared to similar boards across brands. Only issue i have is the wrist pad is detachable but you won’t be able to use this keyboard without it i found it to be too high off my desk in comparison to my old one but works perfect with the wrist pad connected

I normally do not leave reviews. I felt slightly compelled to with this keyboard because of the simplicity of setting it up. I am using it with a gaming PC. The synapse app synchronizes colors and other settings to some games. For example Apex Legends has great sync. When you do certain things ingame. The keyboard will react in that manner. Making the experience more subversive. Thank you for your time.

I am not a gamer, but I wanted a nice keyboard to use on my PC for typing that had definite keystroke feedback and that lite up for easy visibility. This one more than filled the bill for me and included a nice volume control right on the keyboard to control my music as I work. I love the feel of the keys, the lights are awesome as I can change colors as I feel the need. Its probably overkill for my general typing use, but I love the look, features, and the feel!

Great tactile keys. Bright backlight. Nice Wrist rest. I have already replaced the keycaps with Puddings. Looks mint.

This keyboard has been very good. I got it on sale on black friday so I'm judging based on a lower price as well. It's very good quality and the wrist rest is phenomenal for something in this price range. Volume knob is very useful considering it can be remapped. I would def recommend if you like clicky keys, the green switch is very good. Only downside is Razer Synapse is very difficult and I prefered Corsair iCue to it.

Can't stress enough how much I love this keyboard. Has every feature I wanted plus ones I didn't know I wanted. The green switches are nice and tactile but still snappy and quick. The added functionality of the USB and audio pass through plus the media controls are so convenient. I had a Razer brand mouse already so it's an extra nice touch that the RGB syncs across both of them. The Wrist rest is a nice touch too and I can feel the difference for both work and gaming.

If you’re in search of a really clicky mechanical keyboard then you’re search is over! First things first, this keyboard is somewhat louder than others. It has razer green switches which do provided a very tactile feel with satisfying click. I added o rings to help with the noise and they do make a difference. The chassis is made of metal and feels really sturdy. The rgb is bright and with razers software customizing is a breeze. One small yet annoying thing is the special characters ! Through = are printed on and won’t shine through in the dark. I ended up upgrading my keys to the pbt ones that do allow light to come through. This keyboard also haste usb and audio pass through which is nice. Overall good keyboard.

Love using this keyboard! I am a developer and use this as my primary keyboard for both work and play. The typing is smooth, the sound is satisfying, and the wrist pad is nice bonus. Colors are really pop on this as well which makes it nice to look at on the desk. I am also a fan of the volume and music controls at the top right of the keyboard as it gives it makes for changing the music playing super easy while working,
