The software has a variety of options but some of the buttons and functions are hidden or don't appear unless activated. Good for backing up DVDs and capturing Youtube, etc. but does not capture many streaming services like Netflix and Amazon. No instruction booklet provided but instruction videos available online. Not sure it is worth purchasing given the same functions now offered by Real Player. Package a bit misleading since it includes a picture that appears to be a Netflix logo implying that it can be used with that service.

The primary reason I bought this was to transfer all my DVD collection to my computer, which goes with me. After a few problem and less complete instructions, I figured out how to convert my DVD to MPEGs and onto my computer. Now when I travel I will have my whole collection to choice from:)

I tried this with some concern that it would be complicated or do a poor job. I was pleased to find that it is simple and produces great quality rips.

I can now view my Bluray and DVD collection in so many more ways. It opens up a new way to store and access all my discs and I can also view them on all my 3 iPads and on Apple TV. Love the convenience.

Very functional program that will allow you to back-up your collection, specifically movies pre-2017. Current code in most new movies makes it a challenge to rip and save them.

This is a great product for getting content from YouTube for off-line viewing .

I love this product. I love being able to keep my movie long after my kids wrecked the dvd!!

I needed a ripper for both DVDs and Blu Ray because I'm converting all the videos I have for viewing on a server and this program does exactly that. Blu rays take a up to a couple hours, and DVDs around a half hour, but the end result, a mp4 divx, is worth it. Couldn't be happier...

This software is easy to use and for me, it has always served it's purpose well. It meets my expectations. My only issue with it is the 123 Downloader does not work in my PC although it works in my laptop. It must be the Security Suite setting bin my PC but I haven't found what it is. Good thing is I can always use it in my laptop when I want to use the 123 Downloader.

It works as claim. Easy to use. Best features are links to many sites at one time.

I use this program very often and like it. It does what it supposed to do with no surprise. I give it a five stars overall rating. However, it doesn't download flash movies. May be it can be improved in the near future!

I wanted to be able to transfer my movies from my DVDs to my notebook so I can watch them at my leisure since my notebook does not have a DVD player. So far it works very well

This product could have been really good, except for the fact that there really is no support or help function in the software itself. No instructions, no help button, no hover pop ups on the buttons. You have to KNOW how to do certain functions to be able to use it. Have had many frustrating copy sessions. And customer support is not much help either. NERO is much better.

Easy to install Works as it should.... better than expected

I bought this to copy my Blu-Ray collection. This has worked flawlessly while ripping my collection. I have had no problems and have moved my Blu-Rays to microSD. This software is awesome.

I bought this item to use to backup all of my movies I have now. I have a lot and was looking for something simple and easy to use. This is pretty simple and somewhat easy to use. I have only just begun copying but it is very straightforward. No gripes here.
