The product worked well to rip Blu-ray media and internet media files. I had better/more reliable results with this for Blu-rays than MakeMKV and handbrake together. The issue I had was It worked well on my Dell laptop with onboard graphics card, but had issues with my Dell workstation, with runs an upgraded Nvidia graphics card for CAD/CAM programs.

This product does exactly what it claims to do. I think overall, this is a good product.

Overall the product is great. However it does NOT grab/ download all videos.

Got this to convert my daughter's DVDs to digital to take to college. It's easy to use and the quality of the digital video is acceptable. The only problem I have is I can't figure out how to get subtitles copied so you can turn them on or off.

3/18 So I have read some reviews online about this product not working, but have tried the trial in the past and that worked fine for me. The trial is a 30 day trial, and I could have just kept using the trial over and over, but that would get old after a few months. I bought this, and it did not work. I re-installed, I deleted files, I downloaded things, searched forums, and nothing. I contacted the support page, and they sent me a file that I guess often does not Install, and it works great. I use it to copy movies and put them on devices. Mainly kindles and phones. It has other features that I dont use, but it has worked on all the formats I threw at it, dvd, dual layer dvd, hd dvd, 4k dvd, blue ray... and the dreaded disney, copied them all no issue

I have and older version, but wanted to upgrade for the Blu-ray option. I does work, but makes you download a plug in for decryption. I've tried both Blu-ray and DVD, and have had only a couple instances where an error occurred with the Blu-ray movies. I just retried and they converted without issue. I did contact customer service, and they did respond 3 times in 72 hrs to make sure my issue was handled. The only other concern i had was that my security did quarantine one suspicious item when first installing, but I have had no problems since. Takes 2-4 hours for a Blu-ray to covert to mp4, DVD maybe just over an hour.

For entertainment on long trips, I'm now able to transfer our children's favorite dvds onto my pc, then onto a high capacity sd card, which then can be played on their tablets.

This program does a good job for downloading videos and burning them to DVD, it is real easy to use and it works well

Even tho this item works fine . I gave it 3 stars due to the fact that if you use it and your computer messes up like mine did. You can’t use it again. I only got to use it for five days and it cost me a heavy price.

At first, the software would not work. Then, it started working all-of-a-sudden. The help is too minimal and does not guide you when you have trouble or questions.

This software works great to convert DVDs for media streaming. Not so great on Bluray. Some of the files created wont play on my Roku TV. They play fine on my tablet or cell phone with VLC app.

Best software to rip your movies off of a disc and save in different formats.

I bought this 123 Copy DVD Platinum to replace my Gold version, which doesn't do Blu-Ray. It does better than Gold than archiving/copying your DVDs, let alone Blu-Rays. The interface is much different but still easy to use. The vital decoder update file is more complicated than in the past in order to handle Blu-Rays, but still works well. I think this is the most recent version right now, but it came out in 2013. I just bought this on sale, but was actually waiting for a new release, but never came.

I've used 123 copy dvd for yrs i upgraded to this and it works great all except for when i try to burn my blu ray to dvd the sound doesnt go with the picture id give it 5 stars but because of that im only giving it a 3 star

Was very easy to install.. very easy to use. Converted all my home movie dvds to digital with it

This is perfect for backing up your obsolete dvd collection and turning them into digital files. Takes about 1 to 2 hours to convert a movie but it’s worth it.

Great product for the cost. However, for RIPPING music one could use iTunes and save a few bucks. To that end, it is well worth the cost for RIPPING DVD's. One thing I must add and this maybe due in part to my computer which is a special build which cost a pretty penny; the program took about an hour and a half to RIP a standard DVD, I cannot imagine how much time it would take to RIP a Blu-Ray disc.

Had an earlier version and it worked great. Now have Windows 10 and had to upgrade to this version and am just as happy as before. Works Great!

Does exactly as I had hoped. Once setup you're able to step away and forget about it.
