Great software for making a home theater, the movies will play one after the other.

It is a reliable and fundamental software as I haven't experienced any update issues that I got with other similar products.

i had reservations on this type of software, did some searching, and read reviews. It was better than some of the reviews overall. It was easy to download, easy to "copy" movies, and easy to transfer movies to my PC What I have not totally done yet is review the movies I had downloaded, but I have absolute confidence that they are going to be watchable without any issues,

This program gets the job done but it performs VERY slow, it takes longer to transfer through the program than it does to watch it

Made copying my dvd's on my of very easy, then transferred them to my goflex

Very nice product that allows you to burn Blu Rays and convert them to a usable format. When copying the Blu Ray, you can change to an Apple MV4 format so you can use on your PC, IPhone 5, etc. When I needed more information, I was able to contact the support team via online chat and get a quick resolution!

I've successfully backed up my Blu-ray and DVD collection without any issues. If your doing this to put your movies on a thumb drive make sure the file type is compatible with whatever you plug it into. I did 4 or so movies before trying them on my TV and had to redo them in a different format.

Have no complaints about this DVD. Makes the process easier.

The software does the job that it is intended to do

Wanted to view video on my cell phone and this works great.

it seams to be working pretty good so far better than my Nero soft wear.

Had a lot of dificulty at first. There was a learning curve, but once I knew what I was doing, it became easier. It does take a lot of time to download a movie, but the picture quality seems to be there. I haven't tried a high definition movie yet so I don't know how well that works yet.

Customer help is great, they email back within a day. I wanted a PDF manual and this program doesn't have one! For each part of the program I wanted help, I would get an email for just that one item. Even though I wanted a multi question help. This program is for an expert user, not even an intermediate user like myself. It would be a great program if I could get it to work. At $80, I should have gotten something else, or several somethings to accomplish what this says it can do.

Easier to use and so much faster. I like it better than the Nero.

I have enjoyed all the benefits that this program brings. I highly recommend it.

When I found this product it became my favorite video transfer software.

Purchased, went home to download, weblog found virus in install, finally got it working, ANY disk, blank or otherwise, came back copyright protected, asked to upload a plug-in, which was also a Trojan virus, best buy will not return, so I now have to go through the manufacturer

I had bought a digital product similar to this but it didn't work and it a while to get my money back so I decided to buy one from Best Buy. It turns out once you back a software from them and if it doesn't work you can't return it, luckily this did work. This software doesn't let you do that much changes so you got to be careful what you want on your DVD.
