the actual product is pretty slick. captures streaming video as it's downloaded. nice for those youtube videos that you'd like to keep your own copy of. installs with a bunch of trial programs. annoying!!

Cannot find anywhere a Registration Key so cannot use outside of "Trial Mode". So frustrated.

misleading product language . also , software will take over your computer and too many application come in CD that will overload your hard drive.

I have so many shows on Hulu that I don't seem to have time to watch, so I saw this program on the shelf and decided to give it a try. For the most part it works ok, the program that is supposed to automatically grab the video doesn't work with Hulu, but I can set it up to record part of the screen with the video on it and that works too.

I was disappointed finding out that some of the "implied" capabilities of this program had to be purchased separately.

Well worth any penny. Very easy to use and it saves a lot of money. I no longer have to buy music or rent/buy movies if I want to keep them to watch later.

Tried it on a youtube video just for fun. Worked. Haven't tried it on anything else and was worth the extra money on my build.

Why has software become so vague in their instructions for use? Second Christmas software I got that I'll have to use a pretty fair amount of time to sit and fiddle with it and learn it. YouTube to the rescue eventually, I'm sure.

You have to have an advance degree to understand this program. Too many parts and too little production.

I bought this to do what it supposed to do to record live streaming videos from Hulu YouTube Netflix however it does not work with windows 10. I keep on getting an error every time I go to record .

Very difficult interface. Had trouble entering videoes before ginding help on you tube

I love the ease with what this program does. It is a start and walk away program. Music recorded is great most of the time with little problems. I would tell anyone to buy it to fill MP3/4 files.

Got for the wife, did take her a little bit to figure out how to use but once she figured out what see wanted is enjoying the software.

I have only used it to record song from pandora so far. It works grat automatically starts and stops when the song begins and end just turn on your pandora and 123 media click the auto start button and walk away it does the rest. just stop it or trurn pandora off to stop recording the song. it just records the song there is no eternal noise so you candoes as you please.

I will list my complaints on the product: 1) complicated to use 2) downloads other programs you do not want or need 3) for beginners it is complicated to download By the way I downloaded a free downloader on line that works 10 times better than this one. If I were Best Buy I would not continue to handle this product. Was not worth the money!

This was an open box, geek certified purchase. The performance of this A-!0, AMD quad core is excellent. Would definately puchase the same computer again. The sales staff at the Temple, Texas Best Buy was great. Will take an AMD based computer over an Intel any day of the week, as I have for the past 10 years.

No doc, can't find how to stream Netflix or HULU Plus. Still working at it

When I need something Electrical or Technical I go to Best Buy and Most times I find what I am looking for.

After loading this software, my computer began freezing after a few minutes. Computer is now unusable. Don't know if software had anything to do with this or not. Have tried everything to fix and cannot. Will have to buy new one. Will definitely not recommend this product.

This item is okay! I wish I had have done more research on it before I purchased it.
