Hey Folks, I am writing this since i bought this mobile after lot of research and i would say its worth every penny. Best buy did pretty well to deliver phone on time. I would say better service than amazon. I am getting mad on this phone every moment i use it. Its awesome feels like 600+ iphone

For all that you're getting for the price it is great the only things I am disappointed about is that in low light situations the cameras aren't that good and also the speakers could be louder but overall it was a great purchase

Here are the pros and cons. pros the phone looks great, good bright screen and a sturdy case. Comes with thin clear glove case and a screen protector (only one). CONS No NFC No Wi-Fi calling No audible signal when email comes in (i will re check the settings though). the signal strength is not as strong on 4g lte as other devices. With my other phone from MetroPCS, i get fast 4g lte connection, with this phone i do not get it when i use it in the same places underground as the other phone. Other then that, this is a good phone.

So far this BLU Vivo 5 works well, almost 2 months since purchase. Hope it will last a long time. Also bought the 2-year warranty with Bestbuy for $39.99 just in case something goes wrong since this is my first purchase of a BLU unlocked cell phone. Did get some "complaints" from people I called: If my phone is in speaker mode, the person on the other end does not hear the sound (the spoken words) very clearly (a bit distorted); however, this does not happen all the time. Well, I am aware that even though the BLU Vivo 5 is not at a comparable price of, for example, a Samsung Galaxy S6/S7, the BLU Vivo 5 is a good product and works relatively well. It has AMOLED (not IPS) screen. And it is about 1/3 the price of a Samsung Galaxy S7.

Best phone I have had ,slim fits the pocket.long battery life

I was looking online for a new phone to replace my Nexus 5. I usually prefer white phones, but when I came across this one and my brother seconded my decision to buy it, from the final comparison list of three, I knew I had made the right choice! I was even happier when I received it! It looked and felt a whole lot better than I'd read in the product description! And that price for all the memory it comes with by default, and yet still has space for a memory card?! Absurd! (in a good way!) Wait, I didn't even get to the other specs! I'm still discovering the camera, for example. I was never one to take selfies with the front-facing camera (yes, I'm that person!), but now I'm close to a selfie queen, lol! I love the various functions the camera offers. I also love the fact that you can set a guest mode, good for my little niece who always tries to unlock every single person's phone that she comes into contact with! You can easily set what is accessible by "guests" on the phone... The quick access menu settings is also quite handy, along with the fake calls to help you get out of boring situations! I could go on! Overall, excellent phone for an even more excellent price!!!

Bought this BLU VIVO 5 phone for my kid 6 months ago in Feb. of 2017 for about $200. So far no complaint from my kid. I did also buy a 2-year Geek Squad protection for this phone, just in case.

It is a very nice cellphone. Especially I like the slim design. It exceeded my expectation for the money I spent.

I found this phone after some research. It is great. The main thing holding me back was the screen resolution, but once I bought it, I was sure I made the right choice. It was so rich and vibrant. Nice colors. Very premium feel. Overall great phone and a great price. You get way more than you pay for.

I purchased new Vivo on Amazon and Best Buy sent it to me. I had my phone in about 2 to 3 days. I am so glade that I purchased it because I absolutely love it. It is so perfect in every way. The screen is big and bright and full of color. The battery is also doing GREAT considering the screen size, I got it at 9am at 90% and it is now 9:10pm and I still am at 41% and I have been on it for at least 5 hours straight. The speaker is on the bottom of the phone which I love because it is so much louder that way. The feel of the phone makes u feel like u are holding a over priced iPhone but for a quarter of the price. The camera is working great for me so far, meaning it does what I need it to, which is just taking fast shots of my 2 kids and wife when needed. The microphone port is way louder then the Vivo XL. I have only had this phone for 1 day but so far I really can't name a negative thing about it... I live in Northern California and the 4G LTE has been working great all day. The screen is very responsive and clear and all the speakers are super loud. I believe this is also one of the best feeling phones I have ever held in my hand, someone did a great job Making it fit into the hands of a 6 foot tall person. I will update my post if I find any cons to post.... If u have quest u can ask me I might have the answer :-) UPDATED REVIEW: Still saying this phone is the best phone i have ever used. No problems so far. Really cant ask for more from a 199$ or even a 400$ phone. Everything is great on it still, Battery a full day from 7 AM 100% down to about 39% by 10 PM. Keep in mind i watch videos on it for about a hour and a half every day with head phones at the gym and text and browse the internet constantly. Feels great in the had... i mean Blu out did them self's with the great build and craftsmanship. I will update this post again in a week or 2.... This is my final review.... Everything i said above is true. This is the best phone i have ever had for the money. Still no problems. Battery is great last me a day and a half. Running super fast and have not had any software glitches. I will say it again. Best phone for the money.

I really like this phone so far! The screen isn't too big and it is easy to use! The only thing I don't like is that I can't charge it with the case on that came with it. I have to take the case off to charge. Otherwise I really like it!!!

This is new phone is fabulous. The pictures are crystal clear, I'm able to get the internet without a problem and i make my calls and text bettter than my friends who have purchased phones so much more expensive.

My first Blu phone it's fast, great battery and excellent build quality. You can't beat the price for a phone this great. Great camera, speakers sound good, and nice screen for watching videos. I have no problems hearing a caller and they have no problem hearing me on their end. Only things is I wish there were more accessories for this phone for protection. All in all great phone.

It was great product, and economy and affordable price. Absolutely good selection as beginner of smart phone user.

OK so I have owned around 20 cell phones in my life and been around and played with close to 40 (because we all know that when a friend gets a new phone we want to check it out) I can tell u this much having owned apple, Samsung, HTC and Blu and LG, that this is my 4th Blu phone and definitely not my last. In my house right now different members own an iphone6s, LG g style, a note 4 and my vivo5. I have been previously more attracted to the Blu Studio series line because they didn't look like an iPhone while the vivo line has always had a look of an iPhone. But when I saw this phone and the way it looked online in the pictures I absolutely had to have it. So let's get down to business: It came in a gold box (oooh) and inside that void it came with premium Blu earbuds, a simple clear you case, a regular static stick screen protector, a charger (not slim BTW but something that closely relates to the new apple chargers) and a pin to open the slim card/memory card slot, and of course the phone. Before turning on the phone I looked at it thoroughly. It is in fact a metal unibody and a beautiful one at that. I noticed on Amazon a person or 2 complaining about seeing the glue on the back of the phone, and I do see it on my phone only it is not glue but a hot glue tape used to protect the phone during assembly so once you take it off it won't bother you. It feels like a high end phone just holding it and looking at it. Blu didn't over brand this phone it only says Blu on the back. If you think of iPhone it's exactly where the apple is. The screen is massive almost edge to edge. Power the phone on and you definitely see amoled maybe not as pronounced as galaxy s6 but still at this price point it's great. Super fast processor I can multi task with ease. It should be noted now that this phone is 32gb internal memory but if you want to use your memory card then it is not dual sim for you as the slot has either room for 2 sim cards or a micro SD and one sim. The games preform great and with 4glte on T-Mobile it's super fast everything. Camera on this phone could be better for indoor use as some of the pictures look grainy. But outdoors the back camera is great. I haven't lagged on internet at all, no lag with having multiple apps open just absolutely no lag. That's 3gb of ram well working. annoying 2 things I have found a tad bit annoying are the power button being right under the volume and the pull-down menu people using Android are used to which is gone. It is now a pull-up menu which like I said can become annoying. When using this phone I do feel like I'm holding and iPhone on Android lol but I love it and have gotten used to it within 3 days and have had this phone for a week now. This is a great buy for this price.

Very fast phone and it's pretty beautiful it's nicely built for the price this phone feels like a premium phone. I had it for a 30 day and I must say I love this phone I highly recommend it. Stop reading the reviews on this Vivo 5 and just get it you won't regret it.

I wanted a smaller phone for my small hand with a lot of features and this one fit the bill. Other than being much larger in size than desired, it has everything I wanted. It would be great to get an instruction manual. (They were making fun of me at work for having my old small smartphone so this seems to please them.)
