Mobile screen touch is very hard as well as talk 6 hrs to charge

My partner and I have been using BLU devices for a few years now, because the price point and quality are spot-on for what we want. We have not yet had a BLU device fail in any way, so I felt pretty good about surprising him with their 2016 flagship, despite it being new and thus largely untested for longevity (my own device was their 2014 flagship, and it's still going strong 2 years later). A word of caution if you plan to use dual SIM and an SD card simultaneously; with this one, you can't. The pop-out tray for (micro) SIM/SD has only 2 slots; SIM2 is the same slot as the SD card. He only uses one SIM card and an SD, so not an issue in this case, but something to be aware of. He disliked the lack of app dock (literally his only complaint with the android platform preinstalled on it), so I replaced the launcher with ADW, and he now has an appdock and a bunch of customization features to make it feel more like what he was used to. The hardware is more than sufficient to do this, and runs like a champ. He has yet to figure out how many programs he has to run to slow it down notably, despite trying. The sound leaves a bit to be desired (what phone audio doesn't, though?), but we haven't tried any third-party mixers to even it out, so I can't say if it's the program or the hardware; it's not bad enough to bother with, honestly. He's only had it for a short time, since it was just released, but he's thrilled with it so far. He loves the new USB port (that it's reversible) but loves even more that his battery doesn't die if he forgets to charge it or can't because he doesn't have the right cord, even when he has GPS and bluetooth/wifi on all day. Screen-on time seems to run about 6 hours between charges. The camera is wonderful, and the program options and filters that come with it are great -I even took a picture out a sunny window from across a large room (usually a no-go), and the details were surprisingly crisp and clear. The screen is large, bright, and responsive, and the device weighs very little for the size. It came with a crystal-clear protective soft case so you can still see the lovely aluminum body, and it looks great in person, case or no. The build quality and feel is no less than I'd expect given prior experience with BLU, and indeed, seems nicer than the other devices we've bought at roughly the same price. Overall, a great device, especially for the price. After playing around with his, I'd honestly get one for myself -it's REALLY nice, and I've drooled over it more than a bit- but I hardly use my phone despite being a techienerd, what I have still works and is entirely sufficient for my use so I can't justify replacing it. If mine dies, however, this will probably be my replacement.

First the phone would not stop vibrating, then the screen froze and now it has no sound. The camera is not working and the phone cannot connect to my bluetooth.

Pros -Great build quality. It feels extremely solid in hand, though very light weight. -The screen is nice and colorful. It is quite bright as well. You can see it just fine with sun glare. -The system is very snappy to respond. I've yet to experience any type of system lag. -The capacatative buttons provide excellent tactile feedback. -Call quality and service seem to work exceptionally well. (I read somewhere the metal housing can interfere with band 12/17 from optimally functioning in this phone, which could explain why they left those bands out?) -The speakers are located at the bottom of the device. -The notification LED reminds me of Eva from Wall-E Cons -Non replaceable battery (to be fair, the battery life is pretty good on the phone, I just enjoy the option to replace if needed.) -They have an odd UI that I personally didn't like. (They remove the app drawer, you drag up to access quick settings) -More bloatware than I am personally used to on BLU devices.
