    This MIC is amazing. it has great audio recording quality. Its crisp, very solid, picks up everything. thats also its downfall, it picks up stuff in other rooms, but thats not a problem when you use a program such as audacity to remove background noise. The stand is also a little questionable, but once you get the stand in its happy place, it will not fall over.

    If you are loking for something ship until you can find some more green papers, this is your choise. Good capture sound, very confort on your desk and you can find the desk stand for it. However you cant adjust it and make some change like the BLUE SNOWBALL.

    Had this recommended to me by a friend and I am very happy I purchased! Sound is crisp and the microphone works great just sitting on my desk about a few feet from my mouth. Definitely recommend, it's a big upgrade from a headset mic

    Although it doesn't compare with the very expensive condenser mics it is more than adequate more most uses. You would have to spend several hundred dollars more to get something better. I would prefer it to be a bit more directional but that is more a matter of your type of use. If you don't want or need to have the very best this is likely to satisfy even the audio snobs. Personally, I'm quite happy with this one.

    I came across the Snowball in my search for a good introductory condenser mic, and I'm pleased. Via USB it works with my software as a native audio recording. Because it's omnidirectional, for a little clearer sound, I would suggest putting foam or fabric directly behind the mic if you need only directional input.
