This device neatly performs the two functions that I require: other people can hear me over voice chat, and it is far too large for my toddler to fit inside her mouth.

For a general purpose USB mic this is your choice. Great for online meetings. Probably not your choice for more professional users that podcast. Other Blue models are better alternatives for professional users

I struggled with other mics and setups for skype meetings with other sites. Finally I tried these and it was exactly what I needed! the audio is clear and can pick up whispers in the room. No longer do we need to raise our voice to be close to the "mic".

Picks up a lot of background noise and bo software to go along with it but I use it in OBS and messed with settings there. Pretty good not great but its cheap.

This is a good microphone that can be used for many things. This captures really good but sometimes it seems to capture too much. It can capture PC fan sounds and other things in different rooms. It would be better if there was a software for it.

This mics works good, but does occasionally have an annoying echo that requires headphones to be plugged into the computer to silence (even with volume turned down). Might be user error, but wasn't as easy as some other mics I've used.

I love my mic. It works well & easy to use. I turned my small walk-in closet into a sound booth to record my audio book. All I had to do was connect it to my laptop & it was ready.

If you're looking to do podcasts or youtube videos at a professional level, I'd go up to the top of the line Yeti. However, if you want to sound clear and professional for say a business call via skype? This is perfect. Anything along those lines, you'll be fine.

Wonderful and clear microphone for the price. Definitely not audiophile quality but it is very good and reliable for the price.

I've been using it with Audacity for simple instrumental recordings. The sound quality is excellent however there is a slight latency issue when multi-tracking. This may have more to do with my under-powered computer than the microphone though.

I use my computer as a source of my landline and this microphone makes my calls and video posts have very high quality.

This mic does a great job of cleanly capturing sound nearby without capturing background noise. Purchased for use in virtual high school orchestra, but making lots of other things sound better, too.

The “Blue Snowball iCE” is really an excellent budget mic for gaming and streaming. Just plug it in and the audio is really impressive, it almost sounds like a 300 dollar professional microphone.

A great starter mic for the biginner like me. Looking for a mic for webcast to start out with and i was not disappointed. Not over expensive for a beginner mic either

First of all, the build quality on this microphone is really good! It feels very sturdy, as do most other products from Blue. Secondly, it has good isolation and a nice input range. Finally, the all-black look is very sharp indeed.

I wasn't looking to get quite this elaborate of a mic, but I really like the look of it and it works great. My only complaint is that it doesn't include any type of mute button on a $50 microphone. That seems like a huge oversight. That was the reason I couldn't give it a full five stars.

Got this for online meetings when working from home and the sound quality is much better than the landline that I used prior to purchasing this microphone. Also it works really well when gaming online.

I'm a small lets player on YouTube my main focus is to bring great gaming and fun to YouTube since I don't make money making my videos i news the best budget mic and this is it's pickup sound could be a little pounder but for 50$ its well worth it that's it thanks best buy hence the name no pun intended
