If you're looking to do podcasts or youtube videos at a professional level, I'd go up to the top of the line Yeti. However, if you want to sound clear and professional for say a business call via skype? This is perfect. Anything along those lines, you'll be fine.

The “Blue Snowball iCE” is really an excellent budget mic for gaming and streaming. Just plug it in and the audio is really impressive, it almost sounds like a 300 dollar professional microphone.

Mic sounds really good. I wish there was an actual on/off switch but other than that good soup.

This mic does a great job of cleanly capturing sound nearby without capturing background noise. Purchased for use in virtual high school orchestra, but making lots of other things sound better, too.

I use the Blue Snowball with my SmartMusic software. It easily picks up student performance, allowing for the kids to remain seated, which is important in middle school.

if your not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars for a studio grade Mic? This is your choice, I have used it for weekly podcast and youtube shows. Buy it that simple.

I bought this for my 11 year old son who has been getting into the YouTube world and he loves it. He actually saw it positively reviewed by another YouTube video and decided to try it out. It's been great!

This mics works good, but does occasionally have an annoying echo that requires headphones to be plugged into the computer to silence (even with volume turned down). Might be user error, but wasn't as easy as some other mics I've used.

I struggled with other mics and setups for skype meetings with other sites. Finally I tried these and it was exactly what I needed! the audio is clear and can pick up whispers in the room. No longer do we need to raise our voice to be close to the "mic".

Got this for online meetings when working from home and the sound quality is much better than the landline that I used prior to purchasing this microphone. Also it works really well when gaming online.

This was my first ever mic. I used it for streaming on Twitch. It’s a pretty good beginners mic for sure. Doesn’t cost much and give you pretty good sound. I have since upgraded but still believe this was a good start :)

I've been using it with Audacity for simple instrumental recordings. The sound quality is excellent however there is a slight latency issue when multi-tracking. This may have more to do with my under-powered computer than the microphone though.

It’s just what I needed. My Zoom meetings are clearly audible. I was able to have a Zoom Thanksgiving and am looking forward to being together with family via Zoom on Christmas as well.

great investment, my grandson uses this daily. he said its great to have, and no problems at all. he said the sound is nice and clear. and doesnt take up alot of room.
