I'm satisfied with this for the price. I intended to buy the regular snowball though. Was not aware the ice existed. Overall glad I didn't buy the regular snowball because this one has been great. Just good to know it's different in advance.

First of all, the build quality on this microphone is really good! It feels very sturdy, as do most other products from Blue. Secondly, it has good isolation and a nice input range. Finally, the all-black look is very sharp indeed.

Using this as the primary mic for my gaming PC. Clarity is excellent and the setup was super easy. People have commented on how good the audio is. I wish it had a mute button though as I have to unplug it when I want to mute it.

Got this on sale for around $50.00. I use it to add voice over to videos and the sound is excellent. I’m no pro, so I’m sure there are better mics out there, but it has great sound and no background noise. Love it.

I wasn't looking to get quite this elaborate of a mic, but I really like the look of it and it works great. My only complaint is that it doesn't include any type of mute button on a $50 microphone. That seems like a huge oversight. That was the reason I couldn't give it a full five stars.

Good mic for the money. I have nothing else to add but there was a character minimum. It's like the opposite of Twitter. Keep it long and boring so we lose the reader's interest.

I am told that the sound is very good. I bought it for Skype calls, but I will be using it for other things, such as narrating videos.

A great starter mic for the biginner like me. Looking for a mic for webcast to start out with and i was not disappointed. Not over expensive for a beginner mic either

I'm a small lets player on YouTube my main focus is to bring great gaming and fun to YouTube since I don't make money making my videos i news the best budget mic and this is it's pickup sound could be a little pounder but for 50$ its well worth it that's it thanks best buy hence the name no pun intended

Very solid microphone. My friends said that my audio was very good and I had no connection problems. The build quality of the actual microphone was really good however the stand was a bit wobbly. However, I recommend it for the sound.

If you’re looking for anything better than a headset microphone go ahead and spend the extra cash for the blue yeti microphones. This sits on a tripod stand which I don’t like and personally I can’t get it to tune out some of the background noise that I can’t even hear normally that is horrible coming through my stream while I’m talking. And that’s after a few hours of watching YouTube videos learning gain, gate, compression and suppression features on my OBS software. I feel ripped off by listening to people saying this was a good microphone honestly.

I have an internet radio show and my mic died so I was looking for another one. I have heard of the snowball before so I bought one. I love it; works great; plus the shape is cool and the price is right

Very nice style, evoking images of old-fashioned mics from days gone by. Love the Snowball. I started to give it one less star because there is only one way to set it up on the desk, but the unit works so well it really deserves the five stars.

I got this microphone because like every millenial out there, I started a podcast. The sound quality of the show greatly improved when both my cohost and I started using the snowball.

Starting a school podcast, we needed a good quality mic that wouldn't break the bank. This works fantastic, sound is quality, even easily adaptable on our smart phones for students. Great device.
