Works good, looks cool, good price. How much more do you need from a mic?

This is a simple small microphone for recordings such as YouTube videos or gaming. I use it for recording songs and has done me no trouble. It’s not the best for crystal clear quality and no background noise but for less than 100 I’ll take it.

Purchase last year this snowball microphone for my laptop to use on discord. The quality of the sound is great it's clear.

This mic was a great purchase, it works fine and i have no problems with it since the last 3 months i've owned it! I recommend this to those who like to talk to friends over their voice chat programs and for gaming even.

These are good products. Blue makes good microphones. I use them for recording podcasts and I've found the Yeti to be a little bit better for this purpose as it seems to pick-up sound with more clarity. But this isn't a bad option either.

Picked up three of these powerful little mics and they work amazing! The voice quality isn’t as good as the Yeti, but that’s a given, you get what you pay for but Blue didn’t shortcut on the quality of these mics. If you’re looking for an affordable mic to start podcasting or transcribing, get a Snowball. You won’t regret it!! Unless you’re trying to use multiple Snowballs on a Mac, apparently the mics have to be configured by Blue to be recognized as unique devices (and yes that means you have to send them into to Blue in order for them to fix the issue) that’s the only con.

I bought this for my daughter and it eceeded anything that she could have expected. People have mentioned that they can hear our fish tank, which is about 20 ft away from her Mic and computer. Great Mic for whatever your needs are.

Pretty good sound quality, and looks super cool! I tested out a few microphones (my webcam, built in computer microphone, headset, etc.) and people I have spoken to can tell a huge difference between the Blue Snowball and the other microphones I have. I also messed around with recording music with it, and it sounds great! It's also very easy to set up.

Great value for a consumer-level microphone. Nice microphone for being USB input. If you can spend a little more money, get an XLR microphone and audio interface - it'll be higher overall quality.

This is a really good microphone. I use this to add commentary while I record my game plays and I also use it to skype with my friends. There isn't any static when I review the audio and my voice is clear to my friends.

great sound quality, works as advertised, only wish is that it came with boom mic adapter nut... as is microphones have an odd thread pitch and size. it is available separately. otherwise as it comes, it is a great microphone

Solid microphone. Bought this for my brother, he needed a mic for a class but also games so I figured I’d get him something that was affordable and of decent quality. I used a Blue Yeti for years so going for a Snowball was a no brainer. He loves it, it works great, and the plug and play nature made it the perfect addition to his setup.

I love using this mic for my YouTube voiceovers. It helps to drown out the background noise too. I do have to put my face really close to the mic to get good quality tones. But for the price it does the job. It’s pretty much plug and play as well. No downloading drivers or apps. Love it!

Microphone is great for gaming - have no issues from anywhere in the room - especially love it with my VR system!
