Great large phone

But I bought this phone for my mom because she needs a large phone so it's easier to read messages or even to make a call! My mom loved it!

Slow opening Apps and not enough room to store videos and pictures. Seems like it was pre-owned. Hate that I can't return my $60 pre-paid money card to go with the phone. Makes no sense, I can't use the phone why am I paying for something that doesn't work properly. There are more problems but I just can't think of them all right now since I returned the phone back to the store.

A great phone for my Mother in Law

She has no complaints and likes some of the features that Samsung didn't have.

Not a phone for the busy person
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything is functional ,,, volume could be higher on speaker, but I'm STILL having problems with all my apps, updates, installations being saved onto my SD CARD . it's the default selection for my my storage and it doesn't want to save it . Otherthan that, overall phone works as it should.

Decent phone for the price

He did not want an iPhone or a Galaxy. After reviewing several, he liked the size and offerings of this one. Overall he has been very happy with it.
