I thought it had a dent inside but the dent is for a closure. The machine looks good clean and simple. In comparison to my older bosh, I liked this better because the on off cycles and options are visible in front and slanted which is better. Letters are too small. I am 61 years old and at my age sight is not best. I dislike any apparat who has displays with small print. If the maker would consider having the option of small and large lettering for older people like me, it would be great. For the environment I would prefer less plastic accessories inside machine. Overall, good quality.

I am house sitting for my sister while she & her husband travel around the word & her dishwasher broke! It’s a complicated story & I needed something fast! It also needed to be lower than usual height. I don’t LOVE this dishwasher but the house is on the market so it will do. If they were not moving I would look into having it replaced.

Had to exchange this one for a kitchenaid due to lack of drying seen and water staying behind in the machine. Tried several times but the utensils never really dried out. But it did do a good job cleaning

This Bosch 300 Series 24 dishwasher is doing an awesome job cleaning the dishes. I was not concerned about having a 3rd rack; however now that I have it and use it I would not give it up. I actually put a lot more silverware up there and we like the results. I have had many dishwasher in our life and I like the clean results from my first owned Bosch.

I had to replace my 11.5 Bosch series 500 dishwasher in a clutch pre Thanksgiving. I believe circulation pump impeller broke off. Normally $80 kit, require thorough disassembly of the unit. The kit is not in stock anywhere online and the only alternative $230 for new circulation pump plus complete disassembly. I decided to pass. It was a good machine. Top controls and small LCD window on the front. So it combined streamlined looks of top controls but still allowed for checking what mashine was doing. I decided to go with 300 series front controls mostly because models with top controls offer only blank door with nothing to indicate machine activity (some like it, I don't). Purchassing experience: showed up at the store, applied for store CC etc. Went rather quickly. Good. They deliver to home in 3 days (free delivery). I needed it now, so I opted to pick up from warehouse at Bolingbrook (about 1.5h roundtrip in rush hour). So I got the unit, but they forgot to include provided ree of charge power cord with junction box. Something I discovered I will need. Unpacked, tried to plug it in . No go only three prong "normal" power cord included. Gave them a call the next day (they actually called me informing me that they forgot the cord). They gingerly suggested that have to go to Bolingbrook to pick it up "at my convenience". Wow. I went to the store asking if they have it in stock. No, only at warehouse. And No they can't arrange it to be delivered to my house. May be in a week. Wow again. Well another trip to Bolingbrook warehouse. Cord in hand, unit installed the next day after purchase. First impression: 1. It is not quiet at all, I measured 60dB (see attached SS). They claim 44dB. Nowhere near. May be when the unit is off ?! 2. It is hard to place pots and pans and the tines at the bottom rack are not foldable (there is an area where they are foldable but hardly as single pot would fit there). So piling up pots and pans stop of tines. Does not bode well for tines longevity. 3. Front controls. Intead of unobtrusive LCD fights now you have these glowing red, in your face, back to 80-s electronics rights. What gives ? They illunate the whole kitchen at night. 4. It does not look like the unit turns itself off (to be confirmed). You have to press the OFF button. So, to sun up, for a $1K dishwasher I am pretty disappointed.

I recently purchased this dishwasher and on the Best Buy website and manual and on the reviews it says the 3 prong power cable should be included in the materials supplied. Best Buy gave me a free hardwire power cable junction box which is no use for me because I only have a wall outlet. I drove to Best Buy to clarify and the response from the sales representative said they don’t provide the 3 prong power cable. Bosch can you please clarify this issue? It seems like this is false advertisement. If I spent good money on this machine I would like the specifications to be clear.

The Bosch Series dishwashers are so good that I passed on other brands and waited 8 months to get the Bosch 300 Series dishwasher. This was the first appliance I purchased for my home and so glad that I did. Anyone looking for a quiet and reliable dishwasher should look into the Bosch Series. Assuming it’s within your budget, it’s an easy decision.

Had dishwasher professionally installed ... the machine was faulty and steam and water soaked the whole dishwasher and went all under my hardwood floors so water literally was coming up through the floor. I had just redone the entire kitchen. Insanely disappointing.

The front controls have many options to choose from. The third rack is great. It is very quiet and the dishes are so clean!

This is a nice dishwasher with a lot of good features. Some dishes will require cloth drying.

At the bottom of the front door, there is rust in several places. NOT HAPPY

The dishwasher is VERY quiet, which is nice. What we needed to get used to was the fact that things are not completely dry when done. They are Mostly dry when using the Extra Dry setting and Fairly dry when just using the Auto setting. You definitely need to use a rinsing aid (Like Finish Jet Dry). This more or less helps the water SLIDE off the sides of the washer and the items inside. If the item is made of light weight plastic, it does not completely dry, but heavier plastics and dishes, etc, do dry. Because there is not a heating element, you can put plastics on the lower rack as well. The 3rd rack on top is handy for things like lids and spatulas. We've heard from people that have a weekend lake place that they ran the washer before they left and when they returned some days later, there was mold inside, so you may not want one for a lake place. You can try opening the door a bit some time after the cycle is done and leaving it open to help some of the water evaporate, but I would say that most things are dry when I go to empty it. For those things that aren't, I leave them in the dishrack on the counter to finish them off.

Extraordinarily quiet and cleans exceptionally well. Controls are simple and easy to see and use. Plenty of room, especially for silverware, and racks are customizable. The third rack has proven to be more useful than I expected. My only wish is that the stainless steel was fingerprint resistant, but this is not a big issue.

I originally looked at this brand because of their reputation for being quiet (it is!). The capacity (compared to my ancient dishwasher) is huge. I'm also pleased with how the machine washes and dries (you do absolutely need to use the rinse agent, though). The lack of a heating element makes it easy to wash large plastic items in the bottom rack and the ability to put away clean dishes without having to wait forever for them to cool off so they can be handled.
