Precise, Powerful Cooking

Not only does it look great, but it works extremely efficiently and precisely. There is minimal residual heat given off during and after cooking, which is excellent for warmer months/climates. There is a bit of a learning curve (in my opinion) for induction, as certain foods seem to cook slightly different versus traditional electric or gas. For a household of 2, with the occasional 1 or 2 dinner guests, the 3 elements have been more than enough for preparing meals. I've been using mine for over 3 months now and have not noticed any scratching of the glass surface, although I am very careful about placing pots and pans without sliding them across the cooktop. Overall, very happy with this purchase, as it performs and looks great!

You need to have pots and pans that allow for a proper 'connection' to the induction top and allow them to heat, but other than that, it's SO MUCH FASTER than gas or electric.
