So far after using our new Dishwasher only a few times it has been great. It does a wonderful job of cleaning the dishes and it is so quiet that we cannot hear it and it is only 20 feet away from where we are sitting watching TV. I do recommend and I chose this because it was highly rated by Consumer Reports Magazine and so far I’m happy. Now the negative. I’m not pleased with Best Buy as I originally went to buy this on December 10th, Even though I went the next morning after I received an email showing it to be on sale, they said there were none available so I settled on the next model down. They promised delivery in time for Christmas and gave me a date for delivery. A few days later I was notified that there would be a delay to sometime in January. After a couple more weeks I was notified that delivery was delayed again until February 27th. I was very frustrated and unhappy as they once again were advertising the same models on sale. Once again I went to Best Buy and the salesperson was very helpful and said he could provide the original model I wanted and that it could be delivered sooner. So he cancelled the order and updated my purchase to the Bosch 500 Series which I originally wanted. It has finally arrived on February 15th and we had a great delivery and installation team that got it all set up with no problems. So far we are very happy with the new dishwasher.

Working well. Very quiet. Just wish the trim was not stainless steel.

Fantastic sales service and follow up. We were kept abreast of the progress of our order and we were allowed to schedule the installation at our convenience.

It is a very expensive dishwasher, and I will never use the wifi option (why in the world would anyone want MORE devices on their wifi system?) I just wish it came with a booklet, and that the silverware rack were bigger. Using the top rack for everyday silverware is a bit of a hassle. I also don't like that I have to manually clean the filter and arms. Never had to do that on any dishwasher before.

We do not like the left over water spots on inside of door after the machine has finished. Our old machine was plastic inside and that didn't happen. We know this is small concern, but wanted to tell you. The dishwasher is very quiet and we really like that. Plus, it gets our dishes clean.

I love this dishwasher! But keep in mind we've only had it a few weeks - here's hoping I still love it 5 years from now! The features I really like: my first test - we can load knives with peanut butter or cream cheese residue & they come out perfectly clean - I also like that the door pops open at the end of the cycle to allow steam/water to evaporate, so dishes are perfectly dry - the shallow third rack at the top is extremely useful and it's so quiet we can't hear it running. We haven't been able to connect it to our wifi - but also can't imagine ever needing to control our dishwasher remotely.

This Bosch dishwasher easily installed in place of an old, worn out Bosch that lasted 13 years. I bought a new water line kit as the connections had changed and the line and connections didn't come with the new unit. The new one is quiet and I think it is getting quieter as it breaks in. Cleans the dishes well enough. Don't like that there's no LED numbers to tell how long until it finishes. Like that it pops open at the end on the air dry cycle. Five stars if it is still working in ten years.

Overall I like it. Cleans very well. Initially pairing it with phone was a problem...kept getting hung up on network issue. Eventually it just worked. Love the 3rd rack. Sometimes just take out the standard silverware basket to make room for larger dishes and bowls. There was a learning curve for me on this since my prior machine was many years old. Don't care for the top rack for glassware. Some rows missing elevated sections to keep glasses from falling over into each other. Racks have numerous flexibility options, but don't use them really. If you move the top rack down, the full size plates hit the arm above. If you move the top rack up the tall glasses don't fit. Seems like it's been a bit over--engineered in terms of flexibility and internet connection. VERY quiet. Need to check for light reflection on floor below to make sure it's on. Overall, pleased with purchase, except for the top rack.

Sleek, modern design and oh so quiet dishwasher! On the expensive side but oh so worth it.

So far great dishwasher. Very Quiet, which is great for my open floor plan. Love the 3rd rack for Silverware and Utensils. Still checking out all the bells and whistles but happy so far.

Excellent, nearly silent. Washes well, I like the air dry feature.

Bosch customer support is essentially nonexistent I may never buy another Bosh product. When you need help you can't get it buy phone, Email or text. Parts aremissig. Best buy is useless as well.

I love that this dishwasher is very quiet and the third rack is a great bonus! The auto air setting does leave plastic items wet, but without it things dry well. Still trying to figure out how much detergent to use to prevent spotting because the dishwasher manual just says to add detergent, and my detergent says to add according to dishwasher instructions, lol!

I’m am pleased with the product. I chose the Bosch brand due to reputation and reliability. This newest model is easy to use. The service was superior, even when we had an issue with installation, all was rectified and handled in a very professional manner.
