I purchased this washer to replace a failing stacked washer/dryer combo. I bought the Bosch set because the dryer is ventless and this just fits my townhouse better. First off, this washer is designed to plug into the back of the matching dryer (Only one 240V outlet is needed!) So far so good with this washer's results. It is very quiet and efficient. The matching dryer, while ventless still dries VERY well. I am surprised as Bosch's claim of only 8% slower than a vented dryer seems to be very accurate. This washer is designed to fit 10-14lbs of laundry per load and I can attest this is accurate and is efficient while washing and drying. The dryer will take some getting used to and messing around with the proper settings but once you figure it out it's a cinch! This is an absolutely GREAT product.

Save yourself money . The dryer is great for eco functions and does dry great/protect clothing. I love everything about it other than when (not if) it breaks be prepared for it to keep breaking. I spent 600 fixing it. Three months later motor goes out. Now to fix it with all repairs in less than 4 months would be over cost of new one. Had for 5 years. This brand is normally great, but this is a skip. I cleaned each use and weekly deep. This didn’t save me. Repair people who’ve come all say the same thing about it: very complicated and hard to fix. I could try to keep out of the landfill and go ahead and fix, but I know now it’s just going to break again soon most likely. Very sad since this was my go to brand and now reservations. Holiday's and inflation are all at us so id say protect your money and do not buy. I never make reviews that are negative, but wanted to warn others.

I love the size and the look of the washer and dryer. But my dryer beeps telling us the clothes are done when they are actually still wet. Either its malfunctioning or the drying is terrible. Very disappointed after spending $3000 you would expect an excellent wash and dry.

Apparently the older models had easy access panels to unplug and clean out the pump... all the models up until the 500 series. Now, when it gets clogged (AND IT WILL) you literally have to disassemble almost the entire thing to get to it. We're on our THIRD one in 2 years. Geek squad comes out and it literally takes so many hours just to get to the pump that they just order you a new one.. and you know how fun it is to go weeks with 2 kids and laundry piling up without a washing machine. DO NOT BUY. COMPLETE TRASH. The Dryer is fine. The washer is more trouble than it is worth

DO NOT BUY any bosch ventless dryer. You will CONSTANTLY be calling for repair. The lint WILL clog the filter and you can NOT clean yourself. If you go for an extending warranty, the service techs take AT LEAST 10 days to show up, so make sure you have an alternative to dry your clothes.
