Sound cancellation - phenomenal Ability to stay connected to ANY OF MY PCs, Macs, iPhones, or Android phones - STRAIGHT GARBAGE. The worst part is that when it loses the connection, it makes a click like a gunshot at MAX FING VOLUME. This is the third pair of these I've owned, and every one of them suffers from the same problem. Doesn't matter if I'm connected to a phone, Windows PC, or Mac. I can't figure out what causes it, but it scares the fiery hell out of me every single time.

I'm sorry that you're disappointed by your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, Ryan! Try turning up the audio on your connected mobile device, and try your earbuds with a second device, to compare performance there. If the Bluetooth connection is breaking up, also try resetting your connected mobile device. Our support team will also help if further assistance is required: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. Warm regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support

If you're looking for 100% sound cancelation, this is the ones you're looking for. But the app has to many bugs

Bose is the standard. Are there buds that are more expensive, sure. Are they better? I think that is questionable. I've had Beats, I've had Apple Airpods, Klipsch, and others.... Bose just leads the pack

Great headphones for exercising. Augmented spatial audio may not appeal to everyone. Not a significant upgrade from bose qc 2 earbuds.

I've had several earbuds, including AirPods Pro and JBL noise cancellation, but these are the best I've ever had, their noise cancellation is insane

Surprisingly, pretty good, the only bad thing it doesn’t support simultaneously connections. you have to disconnect from one to connect to another, But is pretty painless. Other than that good

The Bise earbuds has great sound and clarity. I really like the fact that you don’t have to charge the ear pieces to fit into your ear. They are also very easy to place on the ear.

I purchased these with the optimism that they would perform like previous Bose purchases and have really tried to make them work and like them. In my opinion, Bose released them without proper testing and quality control review. 1) There are frequent connection issues where the earbuds lose connection and then can even require me to have to completely reset the bluetooth link with my phone. 2) The rubber tips have a plastic ring in them that eventually breaks lose and makes them come off in your ear every time the buds are removed. Once it separates, there is no way to fix it (I am going on my 3rd set of the tips now in just 5 months of use). 3) Battery life is not great, I get about 3-4 hours on a full charge. When traveling, it will last about 1/2 way through a flight after using them in the airport. Lucky I still have a spare set of buds I keep in my bag. I am planning to try and return them under the manufacturers warranty this weekend, Hopefully Best Buy will allow this. If not, I guess I have to eat the $300 I paid for these.

I bought these to use on my marathon and the training leading up to it. They sound good but the time i needed them the most at mile 21 the right one stopped working not sure why. Later after upon inspection i dropped one and now the squishy ear tip falls off or gets stuck in my ear. Unfortunate, i want to like them more but they have let me down.

After careful research, I decided to go with the Bose earbuds. I've owned various models of the Apple airpods and decided I wanted to try a different brand and model. It's great for listening to music and movies but I am not completely sold on the sound quality when conducting calls. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star review.

Honestly, my Aipod Pro 2s sounded better. Less than a year after purchase, the charging case contacts for the left earbud stopped working unless I held the earbud in place—which also meant that the phone thought the earbuds were in use whether they were in the case or not. The app is clunky and gives you yet one more step to actually connect these things. No multipoint or wireless charging.

Hello Michael,
I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your QuietComfort Ultra earbuds.
To make sure your earbuds are charging properly, please make sure the eartips and stability bands are correctly placed on the buds so they can sit in the case without issue.
Also you can connect the earbuds directly to your phone without using the app, if needed.
And you can connect the earbuds to 2 devices in multipoint.
If you have any further questions, contact us: https://bose.life/3rykPZR

Thanks for your review! With the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, you can only connect to and play audio from one device at a time, however you can store up to six devices in the earbud device list. This enables you to switch quickly between previously connected devices. Warm regards, Fiona M. - Customer Support
