I got these to sample for a company online.. They come in a nice box.. when you open the box up everything is packed on the right side.. the buds are in their own case, the usb jack is underneath with the carrying case & extra pair of buds which i swapped off to a smaller pair .. 1st. i charged up the buds via usb to my laptop.. and after that i downloaded the Bose Connect App to my cell. and then the app had to update itself.. It didn't take long for the buds to get charged up. 2nd I ported the buds to my LG Cell phone.. followed the instructions and got my music track turned on.. but.. i could barely hear my own music 3rd.. In my opinion, the sound quality sucks.. how do i know this? i compared this product to my own ear buds i was using daily to listen to full length music on my cell. I like my music LOUD. with the Bose buds i couldn't hear anything it was like a #3 on my cell. volume. i wasn't happy at all.. .. 4th The ear buds felt comfortable, ease of use was abit confusing but i managed to read thru the instructions with no issues, this is very durable, appearance & design is fine & comfort is okay..

Great sound with plenty of bass and good clarity. Also, a long lasting battery and easy to use volume controls. Excellent ear buds.

Son bought. Very happy. Great alternative to true wireless. True weireless run risk of losing one. Great sound. Good-comfortable fit.

I was using these exclusively for working out and after trying several different headphones I ended up with these. They sound great and are pretty comfortable. Unfortunately, I sweat pretty heavily so when I go running they start to slide out and crackle after about 30 minutes of running. Not the best headphones I've had for working out. The sound quality is good and they are nice if you were to use them while you're not working out just as your everyday headphones.

These worked good while I had them... until I lost them in woods somewhere when I forgot I had them on my neck! Never figured out how to track heart rate with them but I think that's a feature... They worked well and were loud and clear, had good fit in my ears and the semi corded function was nice but only if both were in or else the other could slip off and pull on the one you're using.

I've had many different high-end earphones and the Bose are the best. Sound is incredible and very comfortable to wear.

Use for work daily, great sound, great call quality. Lacks a bit in volume but overall great wireless headset! Lives up to the Bose name.

It has an unbelievable sound, I would like the battery is longer than it is, but it's ok, 6 hours. I love it!

It’s a great set of head phones. I run a lot and have always had a hard time finding a good pair of in-ear head phones that don’t slip out after enough sweat soaks in to slip out the headphones. These are not noise canceling but are about 85% their and allow you to hear enough so you can hear a biker or car or anyone coming up on you!! Some may like the noise canceling but I like to also hear some of my surroundings for my safety because when you get in the zone, you’re in the zone!

Love these headphone I use them all day at work and at the gym. Very comfortable! Great battery life and charges quickly.
