Excellent product you can holding on windshield you car or front dashboard

I purchased the Bracketron MagAlign Pro Mount, expecting it to provide a convenient, hands-free solution for my phone. Unfortunately, after just a few weeks of use, the device completely fell apart. The magnetic attachment separated from the base, making the mount unusable. I tried to return it to Best Buy, but they refused to stand behind the product or offer a replacement, which left me very disappointed. It seems I’m not alone in this experience, as other customers have mentioned issues with the adhesion and durability of the mount. Some reviews noted that the mount would only stay attached for a few days before falling apart, similar to what I experienced . While the magnetic strength is often praised, the overall quality and reliability seem questionable, especially considering the price point. I wouldn’t recommend this product due to its poor construction and the lack of support from Best Buy.

Followed the directions for a better result. The base was attached for 2 days. Only a small piece was left attached to my dash.

Works as expected except the mount for the dash did not suck. Let cure for more than the recommended 72 hours but came loose after a couple hours of use. Moved to windshield and the suction cup works well there but the arm is a little too short to reach far enough past the dashboard.

I like MagAlign Pro Mount better than different Cell phone car mounts Thanks for that one..!

Beware, terrible product Best Buy will not refund or give store credit for this terrible product not happy with customer service or return policy. Product Magnet does not hold my iPhone 11 Pro. Keeps falling off Have not Been able to enjoy the product that I spent my hard on money on

I don't recommend purchasing this item. I bought it new in the middle of July and by October with minimal use, the magnet came off the base when I removed my phone from it. I glued it back on with Gorilla glue and it just fell off again. Now I've got to spend the money to send it in for warranty work or just trash it. Not worth the money imo.

The quality of this product is very poor, I have bought two and both broke within a week. On one unit the magnet came off, the other one the entire magnet mount broke off. I would not recommend buying this product, it is very poorly engineered and made.

This has been awesome, I stick it to my windshield and it has ever fell. I love that I can just throw my magnetic phone on it and go!

The magnets are strong and it was easy to install. When it’s fully extended, it has a tendency to rotate around the base

Holds well to my dash, but the pivots come loose after a while. Magnet holds well.

I bought this as I needed to mount my phone to drive for Lyft. I like that it has the capability to raise and lower it as well as bring the phone closer or push it back. I have the iPhone Pro so sometimes I have to adjust it again to make it higher. I also think with the heavier phone it doesn’t allow me to make it as high as I’d like. Overall I love it. Works better than others I’ve had and would recommend it.

Good array of mounting options. We ended up using the vent mount as it work best for the car we put this in. So far the mount has been secure using magsafe to hold the phone in place.

This mount stays put when set. It has a strong magnet and will hold even when there is a case and wallet on your phone. It is easy to use and setup.

This product is amazing, it has so many different ways you can set it to make it where you want it. It has a very strong magnet and was really easy to install, it also has a magnet that people without MagSafe can install

I was a little skeptical about purging this at first because I didn’t know if the MagSafe connections were going to hold up. But they absolutely do. You can literally throw your phone onto this and it will grab a hold of it. I drive a lot and especially in the nice weather. I love to have all my windows down in my vehicle. Even going 70 miles an hour down the highway. This thing doesn’t budge. At first, I was worried that my phone was going to pop off and fly out the window, but it’s absolutely rock solid.
