I initially loved this product. It makes great coffee, and it looks amazing. The issue I am dealing with now is that the digital display is slowly besrning out. I have only owned this product for maybe 7 months. I have the product adequately surge protected and yet the product is still failing. I am seeking the manufacturer warranty to resolve this issue currently.

Great coffee maker. Easy to use, has a cleaning feature, has a filter and you can use it for hot water too. Can make as much or as little as you want. The cold brew feature is great for iced coffee. I’ve always purchased cheap coffee makers but will never go back to them.

This coffee make replaced a Ninja which was only a year old. The Ninja water container would leak! This Braun has been a dream! Not only does it work seamlessly but it also is compact for what it does! Honestly I wish I would have looked at this one a year ago!

The color matches well with the white countertops amd caninets in our kitchen. It also fits nicely underneath our cabinets. Very easy to use right drom the get go.

My wife is an early bird and relishs her time sipping coffee in blissful peace while myself and our two year old get a little more shut eye. Who in the world thought it was a good idea to have this thing beep three times as loud as a train horn that can be heard in the next house is a complete moron. Waking the baby at 5am was not the idea when we purchased this. Tasty coffee but horrible design with no way to turn off the sound

It was too good to be true. I was looking forward to a multiserve machine to satisfy all the needs in my house. A smart purchase while on sale, I thought to myself. One of my favorite aspects was brew strength, as some in my home prefer a lighter brew, while others enjoy bold and black coffee. Beyond that, nothing but disappointment. Murphy's Law was quick to rear its ugly head, as everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong with this machine. A quick search online shows that this Model is riddled with problems, and I should have done research sooner. In No particular order; The Time Display is faulty. Within less than 5 days, the right side of the display began flickering and struggling to show full numbers. I need to rely on something else as I can never tell if it is a 9,5,2,6, etc. Parts are just missing, and it is worse some days than others. I Try to overlook this, but certainly not something I want to accept. Quantity amounts are an absolute lie. I fill my machine with 16oz water bottles. 3 bottles on my last machine would almost bring me to a full pot of coffee. On this machine, those numbers must be for aesthetics, because every SINGLE time I make coffee the amount is never the same. Some days a half pot reaches 3 on the carafe, other days it goes to 7. a Full Pot may be 8 on a lucky day. Rather than setting the machine to be quick and easy, I often have to check to add more water and another round of brewing or something. It defeats the purpose. The Warming plate is anything but Warm. Now I know that it can be dangerous to try and drink scalding hot coffee. But what about just hot coffee? Something I used to enjoy in the morning for that extra kick to wake me up. The warming place here rarely ever turns on. And even when it does, the coffee is room temperature at best. While that leaves it immediately drinkable, sure, that warm tang I admire is absent. I like cream or sugar to melt into the coffee, and now it just sits in the cup. Not only should the warming plate be hotter, but it would also be amazing if it had a switch to turn on and off. To be honest, I am at the verge of a return. I doubt that any of my problems will be solved with another machine of the same make.

Overly complicated but makes great coffee once operation is figured out. I got the same code as others. I simply unplugged it for 10 minutes then restarted. It takes a time or two to prime the pump. Fits my travel mugs. No other issues.

It’s really a nice coffee maker. The options are totally worth the money. My girlfriend is totally a coffee snob and she always says that the coffee is amazing. So it passes the test in my house.

I love this coffee maker! It is so versatile and easy to use. I love that you can adjust the water temperature because I like mine extremely hot and my husband likes it warm.

The best option for switching between just hot water and drip for coffee. Good quality build with enough variation in the settings to create good cup of coffee.

Best coffee maker I’ve ever had. I would have given 5 stars but cleaning the wet coffee grounds off where the water is dispensed is a pain.

We got this for my son. He uses it every day. works great. I would get one for ourselves. easy to program.

Works great, doesn’t take too long. Sometimes temperature is too low for no apparent reason, maybe it has to sit for a certain amount of time. But if it sits too long it’ll taste burnt

The different brew selections make this a nice coffee maker, however, it does not make a HOT cup of coffee. I exchanged it for a Ninja.

Only had it about 3 weeks. So far good coffee maker. I love the cusinart i had but you could not see the water container. This one you can see the water and if mold is starting to grow. The only thing I miss is that it does not keep the coffee very hot for 2 hours after it is made. Be able to make a single cup in different sizes is a plus
