This is very easy to use and leaves a smooth shave. The battery level indicator is a really great touch also.

I have only ever found myself able to use electric shavers and have tried multiple. Nothing was ever that good for about 5 years then i finally tried a Braun 5 series. That went so well that i shaved with it for about 3 years until just getting this one as an upgrade. Its just what i was hoping for. A close shave thats quick and the automatic clean station is the cherry on top.

This shaver is awesome. It has a close shave leaving skin smooth not to mention its very easy handle.

I tried electric shavers years ago (both foil and rotary) and was not impressed. The shave was not close and if not kept up every day it pinched during the next shave. This lead me to the Mach 3 for many years. I decided to try electric again and read many positive reviews of this model. Man have these improved. The shave is much closer than before and best of all does not pinch at all in the sensitive areas, even after going a day or two of not using. There are 3 closeness levels but even the closest setting does not bother the sensitive areas of the neck. It's so much easier to spend 3 minutes with this each day than go through the entire manual shave/cleanup process. Very happy with this unit. The cleaning mechanism is very convenient as well. The only part that is not great is the flip out trimmer. It BARELY cuts anything. Being as this feature is just a bonus I will not take off a star for the rating. Fantastic shaver though.

Although this razor was a little more than I would normally pay for an electric, this is the best razor I have ever had. It delivers a close shave, and the charging/cleaning system works perfectly. The last Braun I had used to leave residual cleaning solution in the razor after cleaning, So far no problems with this one. I would recommend this razor.

The Braun sseries 7 shaver is a great quality product. It provides a good shave and love the cradle to clean and charge the shaver. The only minus to this shaver is it's a little costly.

Was skeptical after reading some comparative reviews about this product relative to past products (specifically the Braun 8985), but after my 8985 kicked the bucket, I thought I would give this a chance. Great shaver overall. I cannot say it is better or worse than the 8985, as the controls and operations of the shaver are slightly different. Once you get used to these, the quality of the shave is second to none.

I was skeptical an electric razor could do as good a job as a razor blade and shaving creme. My only experience with electric razors was using an inexpensive Braun many years ago. This razor is exceptional. Without much time and effort I get a better shave than using the best blade systems. The cleaning liquid is also lasting longer than I would have expected. I highly recommend the product.

Shaves much closer than my old 10 year old Braun shaver. Battery life is very good so you can travel for several days without the cord if you need to. The cleaner system works very good and the cartridge lasts a long time before needing to be replaced.

I have a tough beard that I shave every other day and the main shaver is very good. It provides a close shave. I like the self cleaning and digital readout of when it needs to be cleaned. The trimmer is a bit odd. You flip it out from the middle of the unit which makes it difficult to see what you're doing in the mirror because the shaver head blocks your sight.

Recently purchased this Braun razor after many years of Manual razor single & triple blade use. It is a very good razor and I now use it as my preferred method of shaving about 98% of the time. Not sure if any electric razor will ever give as close a shave as a blade razor, but it so much easier to use and is a very close second. At least it's good enough for me the majority of the time.

I had a series 5 for about 7 years and really had no issues. This one went on sale and I decided to try it. Much improved on my 7 year old series 5. Allows for a little more sensitive shave with less pressure. Definately doesn't take me as long as my old shaver took. If you are in the market for an electric shaver and willing to go over the $100 price point, you should give this one a shot.

All my adult life I have used Braun shavers and when the time came to retire my 12 year old faithful shaver, I picked the 790CC Braun to replace it. This new shaver gives me different adjustment options as far as the areas of my face that needs to be shaved. The shaving is superb and just as good as shaving with a razor blade. The cleaning station is awesome, just put your shaver in it and forget about it. The shaver gets cleaned, sanitized, dried and charged. The shaver holds a charge long time and the indicators on the bottom of it let you know how much charge is left and the status of the hygiene of your shaver. Great shaver. Wal-mart had a lower price but Best Buy matched it with no questions asked no hassles.

I've tried many electric shavers over the years and was never satisfied. Until now. This one gives you a close shave without irritation. It cleans itself and recharges easily at the same time. It's a little pricey, but if you can afford it, it's worth it.

Shave very close for an electric shaver. The cleaning system works very well.
