quality construction easy to use. shaves close with no irritation .great cleaning system, like having a new razor every day. this is my second braun,the first one lasted for years with no problems.

I am very pleased with this Braun shaver. I am an African American who has very thick facial hair and is prone to razor bumps. This does cut very well but I also must add that it does miss some hairs due razor bumps making the skin uneven or the hairs laying flat. But I am not to picky about it because it does cut 90% percent of the hair on my face

I purchased this razor to replace an old Braun shaver and have not been disappointed. I enjoy the multiple shaving settings on the razor (sensitive, normal, intense) which were not available on my old one. I have to shave every day and the sensitive setting is great for my face.

I switched from a Phillips rotary shaver to this foil shaver and so far, I'm liking it a lot. Shaving my neck area below my jaw is a bit more difficult compared to the rotary shaver but in all the other areas, this Braun unit gives a closer and cleaner shave. It's easier to shave on my cheeks, chin, and mustache area. It's a great shaver!!

I had an older version of this shaver and after years and years of service it was time to replace it. I did not think twice about replacing it with this updated model and I have been completely happy with the performance of this new unit. It is even quieter than the old unit. Plus I love having a fresh clean shaver to use every day!

I have never had any luck with electric shavers but i had been getting tired of using a regular blade. read some reviews and checked out braun website and decided to give it a try. well it was a success. this shave works great and gives a smooth shave. best money i spent on a electric razor in a long time. Verry happy with performance .

I've had a few of these over the past 7 years or so... keep one in my dopp kit. I love the shaver but don't think it's worth the extra money if you have to pay more for this model over another in the 700 series. All seem about the same... but all excellent. Great shave.

Old Braun was losing power, time for new one. This shaver is very, very smooth & cuts very close - as close as a razor blade. You can't tell the difference & to shave your neck without razor burns. Highly recommend it, but the old trimmer on Braun is better (-1 star) - keeping both! Tried other brands of shavers, gave them away, use only Braun, none could cut as smoothly, close, clean, & quietly. You can't find a better shaver! & Best Buys has the best prices & inventory!

After researching several electric razors for thick beards, I chose the Braun 7 -790cc. This razor has exceeded my expectations. I get a close shave with every use, no Burn or Bumps. I'll never use a blade again!!!

I love it guys. I used to b a hard core regular blade and foam shave fan. Now I use my braun 7series 90% of time. Love it. It gives u awesome shave without the mess of foam. U can even shave while driving car to work. Just b carefully it's illegal. LoL.

I have used quite a few electric razors over the years, and this one has the best performance. I have sensitive skin, and it provides a close shave an no irritation. My hair is very curly, so the razor is not able to shave 100% of all the hair, but I would say it gets 80-90% of the hair. For an electric razor, that is far better than any of the others I have experienced. As a result, it is good for simple maintenance of a 5 o'clock shadow, especially on the neck.

This is a great shaver. I had an 8990 for 10 years before. This one is equally good, and quieter than the 8990

My OCD shaving ritual involves using Gilette Fusion razor to meticulously shave entire face with the grain and then entire face again against the grain so that my face is soft as a baby's butt and I have to do it slowly so i dont get razor burn. This ritual takes 30 minutes and i typically get by doing it every other day. If I'm running late for work and dont have 30 minutes to shave i get similar results with this awesome Braun shaver in about 4 or 5 minutes! Only problem is i have to shave again the next day because it doesnt give such a deep shave as a traditional non-electric razor. The self cleaning aspect of this is also a big plus for me

Bought this to replace Panasobic rotary head electric shaver, what a difference! Braun gave a much closer shave without having to stretch the skin every direction. Son says it doesn't irritate his neck like the rotary did. It feels well made and the cleaning and charging station is well designed.

holds a charge long.hand clean after every shave. machine clean after using 3xs. works very nice.

I've owned many brands of electric shavers. This is my favorite. Although the trimmer could be wider, I have no major complaints. I manually clean the blades with a small brush before utilizing the cleaning system. This seems to prolong the life of the (Expensive) cleaning solution.

This is my second razor of this style in the past six years in it performs excellent. My first razor was finally damaged beyond repair after years of dropping on the bathroom tile floor. It takes a while for your beard to adjust, but once it does the razor does a nice job.
