2nd generation replacement

Not so great

It didn't give a good close shave and his facial hair was growing like crazy. By the end of the day, he had facial hair again. Make sure you return it before your 14 days are up or else you'll end up with a $100 store credit which sucks! Poor costumer service as far as I'm concerned when most stores have a 30 day return policy. So I won't be buying items like this as BB any more, I'll shop at Target who is more consumer friendly.

Works OK

I have a competitors shaver and pressing hard is not necessary. A bonus is it works wet or dry. It is a nice feature. Shavers are like pillows everyone finds their favorite eventually.

Wonderful electric Shaver---BRAUN
