This processor has been a complete game changer for me. I have several medical conditions that limit my strength and stamina in the kitchen, and this Breville has helped me get back to cooking and baking things from scratch again. It handles everything so smoothly — chopping vegetables, shredding cheese, mixing dough, sauces, and more — without struggling or overheating. I purchased the Breville Paradice Food Processor specifically to help with shredding cheese for the lasagnas I donate through Lasagna Love, and it has been an absolute game-changer. It shreds an 8 oz block of cheese in about 10 seconds, which saves me so much time when I’m prepping multiple meals. Beyond that, all the other features are very intuitive and easy to use, making it a great all-around kitchen tool. Cleanup is fairly simple too, which I really appreciate after a long cooking session. The only minor downside is that a small amount of shredded cheese tends to get stuck in the lip of the grating blade, and I usually need a toothpick to get it completely clean. Overall, this food processor has made my meal prep faster and more efficient, especially when making large batches for donation. Definitely worth it if you’re doing a lot of cooking or bulk prep!

I tried a food processor years ago, but only used it on holidays so gave it away. Well, the features on the Breville Paradice are amazing! I can use it daily. It makes cooking so much less stressful for me. Definitely inspires me to prepare more veggies.

So far I am loving this appliance. I haven't had an opportunity to use it much yet. It's easy to use and clean. Took a few minutes to figure out the caddy but other than that it's been great. The bowl does have a slight defect of a scratch on the inside.

I purchased this after extensive research on highly-rated food processors. I didn't want the cost or noise of a Vita-Mix. All information led me to the Breville Paradice 9-Cup Food Processor, and I am very pleased with my purchase. Every time I use it, I am completely amazed by how quiet it is! No ear plugs are needed. I haven't used all of its options yet, but the shredder works well. The storage component for all of the blades, spindles, dicer unit, etc. is a brilliant piece of engineering. It's very unique and beneficial. The entire unit is extremely easy to clean. Food does not get stuck in any nooks & crannies. The top part of the unit has a large and small "chute" for various sizes of food to be processes, and it easily locks in place. It also provides a safety component to ensure everything is safely, properly in its place prior to the unit working its magic. This machine has everything I was seeking in a food processor, and I highly recommend it! A friend is contemplating the same purchase due to everything this offers and the noise it lacks!

This food processor has handled everything we have tried and done it well. The dicing feature is rare with food processors and this one does it well. We have also made pie crust dough with it and it came out just like my hand made crust. Just have to make sure you follow the Americas Test Kitchen method.

Easy to use , all the right accessories without so many it’s daunting . Not to big not to small.

Excellent Food Processor! With the large chute and the adjustable thickness slicer blade set to 1.6, I made cole slaw in a snap(the way I like it!)! The small chute made short work of slicing a stick of pepperoni. I also like the way everything stores in the caddy in the container.

Great food processor. Cut my time in the kitchen for thanksgiving. Great size. Wish they would creat more accessories like the 16 cup version. Love the 9c capacity and stays on my counter. Haven’t used the dicing kit yet as I’m away for a couple of weeks.

Worth every penny! I shredded 3 blocks of cheese faster than i could load it in. I'm glad i went with the paradise for all the different attachments!

Solid build, no flimsy plastic at all. Really works where the others won’t. If you are a cook of any caliber- use the best tools!

This thing is a well put together machine. This is money well spent. I will admit that it is a bot pricey, but very much worth it.

It is a fantastic food processor. After I got used to the directions ( I looked online) they were very clear. When they said the blades are sharp they REALLY mean it. I love the way I can make small cubes of carrots and other veggies for salads. And for grating cheese one side of blade is coarse and other side is fine. I love the color coding too and how I can store all the pieces in a separate container that can fit inside the bowl. Absolutely worth the money spent on it! Saves me so much time!!!!
