I was a bit skeptical purchasing this Espresso Machine due to some negative reviews. But I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Super happy I was able to cop this when it was a Deal of the Day! I have been using it for a month now. About 40 cappuccinos, 20 Iced Americanos and 25 Oatmilk Shaken Espressos is what I have made so far (Not an exaggeration either lol). I am extremely pleased at the quality of the espressos and all are made from the comfort of my home. It’s super easy to use and maintain. I highly recommend purchasing it! It will be a great investment! (:

When you initially set it up, all parts and systems sync well. Only a few weeks in and I noticed puddles of water underneath the base. At first I thought some spillover occurred due to some overflow so perhaps just a rag to soak up will allow me to resume brewing. Shortly after drying out the base I noticed more water pooling below the unit and after some inspection there was water coming right from the reservoir unit. No amount of wiping stopped the pooling. Unfortunately I had to return to store from the major inconvenience.

Works well, reasonable for the price. We have the breville barista express but it takes up more space and was to tall with the grinder bin on top. This works as well producing a consistent espresso shots. It isn't a 5 star review because the steam wand times out and is only able to get 16 oz of milk up to about 140 degrees, so you have to wait for it to cycle or use a little less milk to get up to 150-160 degrees. Also there is quite a bit of vibration when pulling the shots. When doing a double shot with two shot cups if you aren't paying attention the cups can vibrate away from the portafilter.

This machine is great. It is perfect for someone just starting out with the process. This machine makes it easy to become an expert home barista.

This machine brews a nice espresso. I returned it though, because I could not get the pressure gauge to budge and it bothered me. Also I suck at texturing milk with this barista style steam wand.

I bought it to use in the office but it was too loud so had to return. Not too easy to operate. Still recommended if it's on sale.

We've enjoyed it! Makes great espresso. The cups for measurement were a bit confusing, but at the end of the day very happy with it!

Took a gamble with this machine after searching and reading reviews of other espresso machines as I did not know this brand. Machine has been working great, no issues so far. Takes a few tries to perfect the shots but once you have it down it works great. Love the different baskets and the tamper is very heavy duty. I’m impressed by the quality for the price and looks great on my counter.

Excellent coffee maker for the price! Like the robust features!

Coffee does not come out too hot and once it finish brewing i have to heat it in the microwave. Not good for a New machine.

I bought it for my daughter she told me so far so good hopefully that good for awhile

Makes great coffee, lattes and espresso shots. The hot water could be a little hotter but everything else works great.
