This machine is excellent best coffee I’ve ever made

Better espresso than my Nespresso maker. I was a loyal Nespresso user for years. But after mine broke, I decided to try this out to reduce waste. I LOVE it. Steamed frother, hot milk dispenser, and a ton of accessories. I can make my drinks at Starbucks quality.

I certainly never experienced something like this before with an espresso maker and Brim did a good job. First off the Device is well constructed and handcrafted to perfection, every design element is perfect and it makes it looks like your kitchen belongs in the middle of an espresso cafe. maybe its the super polished chrome look it gives off but it does bring a classy element of design, unlike any espresso maker I ever saw. The look of the Stainless steel adds elegance to an already beautiful home anywhere at any time. The machine is heavy but light enough for you to move around if need be. Inside the box, there is an assortment of tools that come with the Brimm Espresso maker and everything to get you started. The cups, The water container to put the water in, quality filters, and more. its everything to get your inner cafe going with creativity. The setup and instructions that come with it aren't too complicated to understand. (Try not to feel intimidated with all the parts that come with it) I really enjoy using the milk former way more then I should admit. There’s a switch dial that can activate the steam. Once on the gauges turn up and the water heats up to a very hot amount, being there are over 1200 watts of power blazing through this I wouldn't see any reason why your drink would be lukewarm. I haven't had any issues of overheating but the machine does run hot...This is something I will be checking over a period of time. Also, the machine is really loud when first turned on and is alarming but after that its all good to go. It makes great espresso and that seems to be the true goal here, I have no complains because well it works as intended with great cafe inspiration at home. I can also see this as a tool to get family into making espressos as well. my only issue is cleaning the machine is a bit tedious and takes a bit of time but outside of that, you would have a blast with the device. I love it for my family.

Noisy, and the steam has to heat after the coffee is ready

This item was purchased as a gift. My daughter absolutely loves it. She has used it everyday since purchased. It is a bit loud but i have been told they all are. the milk frother splashes a bit but overall a great buy and excellent price.

Product is ok…company and Best Buy not so much! Came with a part missing which apparently no one can supply us with. Best Buy resolution is return entire product and pay more for a different brand! Not practical. Missing part is cleaning pin. When it breaks I guess I’ll return it

This expresó machine makes a great cup of coffee . Looks great in the kitchen. It’s offered at a very reasonable price . Well made. Pure quality every component of it. Very pleased with my purchase

Solid machine. The look is very slick. I use this for steaming milk for coffee and hot chocolate and I like the extra wand for hot water for tea. The boiler heats the water very quickly and it is easy to clean. Great quality unit.

I bought this espresso maker almost two years ago and I cannot say enough how satisfied I am with it. It works wonderfully and it is worth every dollar.

I purchased the BRIM espresso machine without knowing too much about it, but was impressed by its build quality in-store. While it seems to work well enough, the 'duty cycle' of this machine is lacking. After making 4 double-shot espresso drinks, with textured milk, the machine overheats (all lights flash rapidly) and takes over an hour to cool down enough to make additional beverages. This machine is being used at home, and isn't up to the task of making enough beverages for a brunch or after-dinner cappuccino for more than 4 people. I have also had trouble with the custom extraction settings not keeping. Going to return and get a higher-end machine. On the plus side, it's compact and looks great, and would be fine for anyone not making beverages for a small group of people in rapid succession.

A little loud on startups, but makes a great cup of espresso. I found out by using the one hole cup that the coffee goes into works the best. Be sure to clean the cup on the handle by taking it off each time you use it.

This is my first real espresso machine. But, making good espresso, is a learning experience no matter what machine you may own or use. This machine is not for someone who wants to push a button and expect great espresso. A personal level of skill and experience is needed to produce the desired result. I read a lot of reviews and with a little further research on the web, I am running this like a semi-professional. I can't stress enough to use a high quality burr grinder with multiple grind settings and.... use fresh, high quality espresso beans. I personally suggest finding a local roaster, they generally are all about bettering themselves and their craft. In my experience, I really enjoy talking with them and learning from them about their own search for a better bean and a higher quality roast. Enjoy!

I’m giving this product a 4/5 due to us having to return the first one. It leaked from within the machine; however, Best Buy gave us no trouble when we went replace it (same day of purchase) the new one works great and is exactly what we were looking for. starbucks quality expresso.

When I first bought it it was difficult, I almost threw the towel, the coffee did not come out from the machine or it came out very light, the foam did not come out well or the steam sparked everything. but watching videos on the internet and practicing the cappuccino and latte come out very well. The The quality of the material is good and easy to use, I have one month with my espresso so far no complaints . just don't despair and practice.

It is a very easy machine to use, it is easy to clean, it makes a super rich coffee and very fast

Excellent expresso maker. I use it everyday and have had no issues with it. Some of the negative reviews made me nervous but I'm glad I bought this anyway.

makes great Espresso, kids live it gor hot chocolate, solid quality machine, kind of loud though
