this is first espresso machine, and use it almost every day. easy to use and set up. just dont forget to drain the tray as it will get filled w water over time.

Good machine so far. Took about a week to get used to make proper coffee. Just takes a long time to make but worth.

Hard to use for beginners, but we upgraded from a 15-bar machine. We recommend the pressurized basket for consistency.

Does well w/ Espresso & more course grinds of coffee. There is NO good documentation explaining the pressure Guage, how it works. Sometimes I get high readings, other times not so much. Nor is there a decent owners manual, Their website is of little help other than promoting product.

I have to return it because the machine I received is faulty. I’m not sure if it’s overheating, but the machine goes on the brinks and does things I didn’t tell it to do. I gave it 3 stars because it’s heavy, well built, and the two drinks I did get out of it were better than Starbucks! I’m really sad I have to return it...maybe the next one will be better...this one is a lemon

This is a good machine. Heating is fast, brewing is fast. Water is very hot. In all, i recommend this machine.

Got this machine a few weeks ago and am thoroughly happy with the performance, features and size. Compared to another machine I tried out, this one goes from zero to ready very quickly. I downside I found was it has to be placed on a perfectly leveled countertop other wise the cups tend to move when the espresso was poured b/c of the vibrations from the motor.

This machine is sleek beautiful and Easy to use! It gets better it’s even easy to clean

Worst product ever, doesn't build pressure, leaks water, so disappointed in this machine. I bought 2 thinking i would keep one at work and one at home. Best Buy has the worst return policy of 15 days. I had just received it on Oct 1st. got it setup around Oct 10th at work. Used it for a week or two hoping we could get it going. NOTHING. and the 2nd one i bought is new in a box. DO NOT BUY THIS ESPRESSO MACHINE. Honestly the worst. Breville is way better and worth the extra money

Really can’t complain here. This was for my wife so she would stop wanting Starbucks. It has paid for itself by now and she prefers it over Starbucks so i am winning too. Everyone who has had it thinks it is great. My major complaint would be the water tank not being easily accessible without moving the machine. I actually bought another for my father in law for his birthday.

We bought from BB in case we had to return it. But BB isn’t getting it back. We have enjoyed it several times a day. The trick was finding the right coffee. And we settled on Costco’s French Roast ground for espresso. (We trièdres Starbucks and Peet’s coffee first.) I have even started drinking shots instead of using milk and half and half—it’s that good. It’s every bit the equal of Starbucks or other popular café.

Makes amazing coffee at home. Great value! In love with this gem!

I’ve had $30.00 coffee makers that have lasted years using dishwasher. This one is falling apart never using dishwasher. Consider another brand. It’s also very loud.

We love this. We are enough of coffee snobs ;) to know we needed more barrs of pressure than our previous machine that gave out after 4 years but didn’t want to spend close to 1k for some of the machines out there. . It does everything we want it to. It is solid.
