The look is amazing! Coffee tasted great, but my disappointment is that I love really hot coffee. The first cup was almost there for heat but second cup was no where close to the temp I like. Maybe because of the carafe. Very saddened

This coffee maker has great function. After use, the handle starts peeling. Otherwise, it works great.

This coffee maker is expensive. It makes coffee really well, but... you'll have to decide if it's $350 well... What this coffee maker does shine at is its aesthetic value. It was the perfect fit for our kitchen, thus justifying the purchase. If you have a new/modern kitchen, I'd highly recommend this to jazz up your countertops.

This coffee machine is great! It looks very clean, like something out of The Sims. It also has a reusable filter and it makes coffee at 4 strengths. It's pricey for the design, but if you want a sleek looking coffee machine for your countertop, this is the machine to get.

Looks amazing and works very well. I like the fact that you can tell it how much coffee to brew rather than using all the water in the tank.

This coffee maker is amazing!! It works great and the filters are easily available at any store. But the best part about it is its stylish lines and incredible beauty! I love looking at it everyday. The wifi feature is great too. It is worth every penny!

I've owned a couple coffee machines now and this one is great! Makes a great hot cup of coffee and having Wifi built in has actually been convenient. I do wish the water reservoir was removable because its more convenient but a small drawback to a good machine.

I purchased this coffeemaker in fall of 2020. The metal band is starting to corrode and the inside of the pot has blemishes(lack of better description). It’s worked well, but not sure it’s worth the price

Great tasting coffee, it’s definitely an improvement from our older coffee maker (different brand) the only negative issue is that the plate”is suppose to keep the coffee warm for 2 hours, but it doesn’t have a indicator that it’s on!

We originally had a Kurig, actually we’ve owned three now, they served their purpose but the heating element only lasted so long before they would burn out after exactly a year and a month, just outside the manufacturer warranty. My wife and I came across the cafe series products and she fell in love with the sleek design and function. I did some research and saw that they were the aesthetically pleasing version of General Electric, so naturally I gave it my quality blessing. We have purchased the toaster and coffee maker and are happy with both purchases thus far. Next is the fridge!

Absolutely overpriced and we even got it for $250 instead of $350. 1) The carafe is not stainless steel, so it stays warm for maybe 10min and then you need to reheat the coffee cup in the microwave. 2) We had it only a month and make 6 cups once a day. The coffee taste has already changed which indicates it is time for descaling. We used to own a Delonghi for 5 years and we descaled it once every 6 months. So this one seems very high maintenance. The coffee taste is good which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. It's definitely not worth the price and the trouble.

Absolutely love this! Easy to clean, the settings are on point, and it's been incredible reliable. We had a Technavorm for years, and this taste and balance BLOWS that out of the water. Couldn't be happier!

A very good coffee maker. Makes a pot very quickly and with seemingly great temperature control. A couple of caveats. One, I missed the fact that there is no heater under the carafe which seems self explanatory given the thermal carafe but I missed so others might as well. It is important that you set the lid to the carafe in a closed position when making the coffee so that it stays hot. Two, the WiFi connection coupled with the App is great. I like the flexibility of schedule creation this offers and is a big reason I really enjoy this coffee maker. However, if power is lost, you have to reset the WiFi settings which is quite inconvenient.

The wifi feature is a huge bonus! It looks really nice too. I wish the coffee got a little hotter. It caps you off at 205 degrees. I can’t necessarily tell all that much difference in my coffee taste... but that may have more to do with my two scoops of sugar and cream :)

I didn't think I could fall in love with a Coffee Maker but it happened. Brew is fast, host, and delicious. Makes a perfect and consistent pot of coffee every time. Being that we got the white one we have to clean it more often as you see the coffee stains. Still, highly recommend.

Great and simple machine to Mae coffee! It stays connected through the app, so no setting the clock and easy on/off and set time for brewing.

Really makes a difference!!! I do not know how or why but coffee is smoother and NO bitterness!! Wonderful aromas and the carafe keeps the coffee warm all morning. Great product and worth every penny.

Very good coffee maker that makes good tasting coffee. The coffee is hot by brewing at ideal temp of 200 degrees. The only negative would be the pot top could be better designed so as keeps the coffee hot longer. All in all would highly recommend.
