The printer works great. I had a problem using windows 10, but it was Microsoft's fault. Once I deleted the Microsoft driver in device manager and used the Canon install program it worked good.

So, I had it shipped to the store for pick up and when I picked it up, it was clunking around in the this giant box. I open it up to discover there isn't a bit of protection around the printer and as a result, the tray broke. Also, it didn't have the power cord nor any instructions. I am certain I was sent a used printer. Going to be returning it today and take my money elsewhere.
