First week, lookin' great, big future ahead
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set up last week. Lightly used this week. No photo prints yet. Unboxing and setup were stellar among tech products I've owned. Packaging is a marvel - save it. 20 years after people have been struggling with inkjet printers the advertising does not say - and should - that this printer uses 2 click-in-place print heads[ that are replaceable?]. Loading ink felt like I was in a sci-fi movie. But no guidance on returning the well engineered custom plastic bottles - ultimately plastic fish food in the oceans? Good directions for going to Canon website for driver software that connects printer to your WiFi. But... I wish I had tested without loading any drivers. They may be optional. Subsequent PCs on our WiFi didn't need to go beyond Win 10 Setup's Add Printer/Scanner for both printing and scanning. This one printer will replace several aging printers in the house as each dies or pleads for $70 worth of ink. Did I mention there are two extra black ink bottles? Printing is fast. Quality on copy paper is excellent. There is a loud clunk sound when the paper is first fed (scared the dog), after that printing noise is average. I expect this to be a reliable reasonably costing workhorse that will last many years in a long line of my HP, Epson, Canon, and Samsung inkjet & laser, color and B/W printers. To get 5 stars? Need to see photo quality first. (wishlist: Nice to have carrier to print direct on DVD and CD disks like the Epson Artisan this is replacing.) It better last at least 3 years.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer bought after extensive research, this printer is optimally priced with all required features for home usage and on top smart tank is really economical . Perfect art printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The set-up process was fairly easy and did not take long. The prints are extremely high quality on several types of paper, and after over 150 art prints and sticker, the ink has not budged. Additionally, the scanner is pretty good. For art purposes I would recommend a separate scanner though. For anyone planning to do a lot of printing, I highly recommend!

Overall, a good buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good. Fairly easy setup. Getting it to connect to the computer took a couple tries. No problem connecting to my phone though. Very easy to refill the ink. Con: no internal paper tray. And I'm not a big fan of the one it's got

Worth The Money
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to fill ink tanks. Will last a long time. Came with 2 extra black ink bottles. Print copies are excellent. Was easy to set up. The only cons are: 1:The vertical paper feed instead of a horizontal paper tray. 2: The Menu screen is very small, is located on top of printer instead of on the front and is very difficult to read. 3: Scanner not as good as my previous canon pixma printer. All in all it was worth the price.

Set up a week ago and so far, nice quality printin
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer was very easy to set up on 2 computers and my cell phone. I think it took less than 30 minutes for all 3 items. So far printing has been crisp & clear. It’s very handy to be able to print from anywhere in the house. Haven’t tried printing any pictures yet. So far, this seems to be a great purchase

Great value and the inks last a while. WiFi NO
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Canon quality printer. Crisp, clear, colorful prints. Like the bigger ink tanks. Very cost effective in the long run. It's my second 'WiFi' version canon. Can't get either of them to work via WiFi for me. Wish I'd bought the hard wired as I now run it via a cable that I had to buy.

Easy setup and great value!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setup was very easy. I highly recommend following the directions they provide because it makes the process SO easy. Also really great value for a print that uses the refillable ink bottles. Comes with 3 bottles of the black ink and 1 bottle of each color. That's a huge money saver right there and helps justify the product itself. It's not super fancy but gets the job done and has everything that I need from working at home.

Excellent printer for the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was surprised how much ink came with it, how easy it is to refill, and the quality of the prints. It's a bit noisier than I'd expected, but nothing crazy.

Love @ first sight!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was @ Best Buy to pick up a new Tower I'd ordered. It was pouring down rain, so I wandered the aisles while waiting for the downpour to let up. I shouldn't have done that because I encountered one of Canon's "Mega Tank" printers! It was "Love at first sight!" With all my previous printers (easily a dozen while we were in business) every time I changed the cartridges my hands looked like I'd tangled with a rainbow! ... So I ordered the Pixma G3260. Another model was $10 less, but it wasn't wireless. ... The machine came days later and I set it up. After easily installing the print heads and filling the ink tanks (with what could be a year's supply of ink!) with the ink supplied, my hands were absolutely CLEAN! ... After downloading the drivers, I printed a letter and a photograph. Both were really good. Days later I needed to scan a document for our HOA and couldn't do it. I went online and followed instructions there, but no go! ... Frustrated, I deleted the drivers I'd downloaded and started again.... didn't work! ... Even on You Tube there was no video that addressed my problem. I managed to find a phone number for Canon tech support and called. It took an hour of tweeking here and there, but eventually, my scanning feature works. ... Now, I'm as happy as a pig in a puddle!

MegaTank G3260
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Canon - PIXMA MegaTank G3260 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer - Black is a very well priced printer. It arrived well packaged and was easy to set up. I was surprised at the amount of ink that came with the printer, when they said MegaTank they meant it. I like the straight pass through for the variety of things that I run through it, labels, name tags and what not, they run better on a straight path. You guys did good, I downloaded the app and I can print from my phone or tablet.

Turn Auto Power Off =>Off or lose wireless conn
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the printer for several months, prints are fine and the setup wasn't all that bad. But the default settings and the interface for the wireless connection is awful. The default power setting for the printer (under ECO settings) is to power off after 240 min. When that happens, it loses the connection to my WiFi router, and doesn't seem to be able to reconnect at all quickly when you power it back on. So you can't print wirelessly anytime soon after powering back on. And the wireless connection entry from the printer keypad is extremely clunky to say the least -- figuring out how to enter characters and then switch to CAPS or numerical entry is a pain, and don't make any mistakes, as I could not find a backspace. You eventually figure all this out, but not without a fair amount of pain

Prints Kinda Fast and Pretty Efficient
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printed around 10+ full 8.5x11 size photos and vinyl sticker sheets, ink barely looks like it’s been used. Might not need to buy ink until a while from now.

Very good printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, very good printer. Quality is nice. However, sometimes after printing the printer tends to go on a cycle where it wants to keep printing.
