The camera is spectacular — I had wanted it for a long time and I’m very happy with its performance so far. However, I would like to express my concern about one important detail. When I received the package, I noticed that the box had already been opened and it was evident that the camera had been previously used. I find this very disappointing, as the product was sold to me as new, not open-box or used. At this moment, the camera is working well, but I believe it is unacceptable to sell an item as new when it has clearly been opened and used before. I would appreciate your explanation and a proper solution to this situation.

Great quality and performance for the price. The resolution is excellent and the design is practical. The only thing I would improve is the battery life for longer sessions. Still, it’s a solid choice for anyone wanting a reliable compact camera.

Really great camera! Nice and light to carry around and shoot with. Love the touch screen on it. Needs a software update before use for video shooting focus.

So far this camera has been amazing when creating content for my YouTube channel. It’s very simple to use and the imagery is so clear compared to the older camera I was using. It is also very easy to travel with versus a standard dslr

Great product unfortunately I learned the hard ways that Best Buy uses outside vendors and they don’t have the customers best interest in mind. I paid for a silver edition which was about $60 more than the black one yet the vendor only wanted to compensate me $20 so I was going to lose out on about $40 for a mistake they made.

It's compact enough to fit in a purse and has 2 features I was interested in, VF and image stabilization. Canon's have a long life and I'm not disappointed with this purchase. It's a great point and shoot!

So the big question with compact cameras is why not just get a new iPhone? In the end I bought this camera. It has a solid feel and a sharp look. And yes in a side by side with my iPhone it is definitely sharper. Holding it in my hand I immediately knew why I am still buying cameras.

I originally got it to video my trips and moments with friends and family. It doesn’t hold much of a charge but other then that i like it.

I like the camera because it's pretty easy to use and good quality. However, even after I updated the firmware I'm not super impressed with the auto focus. I think my phone has better auto focus.

Best camera I’ve owned. Good for beginner or intermediate. Lots of shooting options and easy settings. My family looks great.
