A very versatile yet perfect focus with an adequate bokeh. This is the one and only lens for many people at an affordable price. It's usable for street photography and just about anything you need.

Great RF lens. When upgrading from a 24-105 kit lens I was debating between the 24-70 and this one. I chose this for the extra 35mm of reach and the smaller build of the lens. Perfect for traveling. I have taken this many hot and cold places and it holds up.

This lens takes sharp photos on the r5. It is my go to for video. This lens has a great range. Best kit lens I’ve ever had.

The Canon RF 24-105mm F/4L IS USM lens is great for general purpose use. It's not too heavy for a walk around lens.

This is a very fast and ultra-smooth lens from Canon as RF mount. Pictures are sharp and crisp. I love the wide-angle at 24mm and 85mm, 105mm are the beauty. Very good for portraits, nature photography.

The 24-105 is very sharp, even at f/4.0. Lens tests reveal that the sharpest aperture, the sweet spot for the Canon 24-105 is f/8, although it's only marginally sharper because it's already sharp at f/4.0. Like most lenses, sharpness is usually the best about 2 f/stops closed from wide open.

So far very impressed with this lens. Sharpness and speed seem to be very good. I'm using this on a new R5. Coming from the EF world, I did purchase the lens adapter to use my existing collection of lenses with the new camera but wanted to have the RF 24-105mm F4 as it will be on the camera most of the time.

I finally purchased this lens for my canon EOS R. I had a wedding and wanted something lighter than my 70-200 2.8 and was amazed how awesome it did. Just wish I had bought it with my camera then it would have been cheaper.

This is the perfect daily use lens for the EOS R system. Its a jack of all trades, master of none, its not terribly fast at f/4, but for daytime shooting and some studio work its fantastic for a standard telephoto. It beats the EF 24-105 f/4L IS II in edge to edge sharpness at all zooms and apertures. Its basically a must-have for the EOS R.

I have several lenses and this is the one I find I use the most. I love walking around and snapping pics of whatever interests me, and this lens is phenomenal for it. Has IS, is relatively fast, great autofocus, and produces great images.

The quality of this head is indeed good, and it can be used for travel. It is just that F4 is not enough in some scenes

My husband got me the EOS R for my birthday, so I got this lens to go with it. (I told him it would've been better to get the package, but that's okay...) This lens works great and produces good pictures.
