If only I was allowed to give 0 or even negative stars. To start I want to answer a lot of questions I had that are not present in the reviews. THIS IS NOT APPLE CERTIFIED REFURBISHED. I ordered the Apple iPad 6th gen 32g in silver. What is received is stupidity. This is an IPad Air 2 and the “customer service” was a abysmal. After reaching out to customer service four times and being hung up on three times even after they verified my phone number and have the capability to call back of course that didn’t happen. I finally spoke with not only customer support but a supervisor. Who offered me a whole $20 for the inconvenience of receiving the wrong item, being given the options to print out a label go to a shipping company to return it or go to Best Buy. Which defeated the purpose of me purchasing this online to not have to do any of those. It’s not even about the item being wrong necessarily, it’s about the false advertising in the title and even in the description to lead one to believe this is Apple certified preowned when it is not. Offering Little to none options for these inconveniences. Also the $20 offered was first for a gift certificate FOR A FUTURE purchase which is very wishful thinking of their part that I would want to buy anything else. Please see the images below.

This ipad is very nice. It has little to zero scrtatches and works like new. The screen has no scratches either. This is the second ipad ive bought on Best Buy and i love both! Recomended!!

I bought this item so that my daughter would have something to entertain herself with while traveling. Ever since the day she opened the iPad, she hasn't put it down one bit .I like the small size of the iPad because it's easy for her to handle and carry around from place to place. Will I purchase another one, I most certainly would because she just loves it

I recently purchased the Certified Refurbished Apple iPad 6th Generation, and I am thrilled with my decision. To me it seems like I recently purchased this product but bestbuy did not agree. I passed the 14 day return window and unfortunately 14 days was not enough time to figure how awful the battery actually is! Within 20 mins charge of %53 the battery dies! Awful! Then I started noticing the cellular feature was not working properly, sun card worked on other devices just not this iPad. Truth be told I’m almost 99% sure I won’t buy making another purchase from Bestbuy.

I bought this iPad , just for my flight software. At first I thought it won't work that good. But it's been a year , I am using it and it just works amazing. Best buy seriously sells one of the best refurbished electronic items

Need to replace the iPad 2 which used as my home smart devices wall controller to support all smart apps' new versions, this iPad can upgrade to iOS 17 which fits the requirement.

I have never had an I_pad before, and I don't have a smart phone. So I am finding this i-pad is difficult to operate at times. It is so much different to operate than my desktop pc. I am used to the windows system. But I hope that time will be my friend as I get used to the apple i-pad.
