A nice fryer for the price. Heats the oil fast and you can be eating deep fried mozzarella sticks within 10 minutes! Easy to clean and take care of.

There are two small baskets to fry different things or one large basket for a larger amount of one thing. So far the clean up is easy. It uses about 1.5 to 2 gallons of oil. We love ours.

Fish frys are easier with the double baskets. I fry fish in one basket and hush puppies in the other.

Make sure you use a few times to get the timing correct. The time in the directions is close but it takes a couple of trys to get it correct. Good product.

This fryer has ample space to fit alot of food to fry. It feels very durable and it is easy to clean.

Fryer comes with three baskets, one large and two smaller individual sized. Had trouble with one basket sitting inside the oil correctly and realized the temp gauge wire was blocking it. There was enough room to push the wire down and it works great. It heats the oil to proper temps and cooks fast. Recommend you use the cover when frying and place somewhere on your counter where you don't mind making a mess when frying. Awesome product!
