I bought this to provide an additional level of security while away from the house. Seems to work well although there is enough lag between the door ring notification and the apps ability to connect, that I miss most people at the door. Not sure if that is the fault of the device and Ring's servers or my internet and cell network speed. I do like the neighborhood activity notices.

this is awesome, now i know who's at my front dooreven if they don't ring bell.. plus i can hear them, which makes it even better

My door bell was too far away from my modem needed to extend signal it does the job and also gives a chime.

Before getting the extender keeping the doorbell online was a challenge. After installing the extender, doorbell stays online and works great! I recommend it if your doorbell constantly looses WI-fi signal.

I bought the iRing and since my modem is across the house I was unable to get good connectivity. I bought the chime pro and it has helped out a bunch to connect without issues. It was not a huge boost but enough that there is no longer any interference in operating the iRing.

Initially my reception on the Ring Pro was hit and miss...After one phone call I was advised to move the wi fi extender closer to to the Pro....It worked like a charm....No problems here...Works great !!!

I really enjoyed this good sound quality throughout her house and it a loads us to whether or not somebody’s here at the house and also our guard dog is accustomed to the sound and goes to the door to make sure we’re safe

Nice having a easy convenient WiFi extender that is also a door bell, super easy setup also!

It’s easy to install and set up in the Ring cellphone app. Now, able to hear doorbell in almost every part of the house. However, it did nothing to extend ability to answer doorbell when someone rings. That is, the extension feature is not really enhanced. Still, glad for the ability hear it clearly and, thus, to get to answer the door ring in a timely manner.

We have some dead spots in our house, even with an extender already in use. I bought this thinking it would boost the signal, it did but not as much as I thought it would. Able to do the job. If you don't need the chime notification part might consider just buying another wireless extender for more $ instead

This is great addition to ring door bell/ other ring security cameras. In addition to having functionality of basic ring chime pro it also extends WiFi and improve connectivity to other ring devices.

Like the Chime Pro for ability to hear in various rooms of house. Improvement in Wifi a plus too.

The chime is clear and distinct and it can be heard all over my house. Very easy to install.

You can use this if you need to get WiFi to a camera let’s say outside of your covered area. If you hookup the ring camera on a tree or fence facing your home and you have a big yard or a detached garage. Just place this Chime in between your router and camera and it will get the WiFi signal. Now if you still don’t get any signal or it’s too low you might have to invest on an outdoor extender. Netgear makes a couple that you can get on bestbuy.com.

I love, love, love, LOVE the RIng Chime Pro!! I had poor Wi-Fi signal strength to my back doorbell, and purchased thsi to improve the quality - which it did! Now my doorbell connects with no issues and (BONUS) I can hear the doorbell throughout my house - not just on my cell phone. Actually, I am going to purchase a second one of these so I can have one on the second floor of my house, so I can really hear it chime away lol!!
