We have used these to communicate when going on long trips, hiking, and camping. These work great and I like that they have a flash light at the bottom of them.

These walkie-talkies work as advertised, or even better we use them on an open field so perhaps that’s why we get more range

They work, but barely. The speakers are very tinny sounding. The range is not even close to what is stated. (in mountains and rough terrain) I gave them to my son so that he can keep in contact with his wife when she is trail riding close to their home. I would not buy them again. I guess the addage " you get what you pay for" is true in this case.

Wanted something smaller that would be easy to carry in pocket. A little too large and they didn't have anything smaller that we cared for at the time. I would recommend but also tell them to check out the size before buying.

the range is only about 800 yards the orange color is ok it is hard to understand some of the word at a distance

Bought these for my daughters to play with in the back yard they seem to work great, yes it is a little overkill for the kids but the radios are good.

This walkie-talkie is awesome it has no static whatsoever. Battery lasts a very long time. It is a great buy for the money you spend.

Purchased the radios to take two vehicles on a 250 mile trip. I set up the radios a day before the trip and they seemed to work fine, but the day of the trip I found out how bad they were. The radios would not connect to each other when we were just a few hundred feet apart or the signal would have static so bad they were unusable. I spent sixty dollars buying an FCC license just to use these radios. A cheap set that doesn't require a license would have been better. Cobra should advertise these as 35 feet radios, that's about as far as they can be used. I definitely would not recommend these radios to anyone.

The radio did work. I did not like the side button layout though. The belt clip was useless. Trying to get it on my belt was more than a chore. I had to use two hands and it was not easy. I clipped it to my back and front pockets and several times I had to pick it up off the ground if I bent over or sat down.

We bought these for use on the jet skis. They work well have a great range and are rechargeable. No complainants so far.
