The remote works great, if you use the key fob it lets makes a confirmation beep the car started along with a green indicator LED icon on the key fob. The app is extremely responsive, starts the car faster than my just returned 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe which has bluelink and the comparison the Compustar beats it by far. It takes 2 seconds to start up the car compared to waiting a minute. It tells you temperature of your car inside which is really cool. I will buy another once my wife buys another car. The install does take 2.5 hours but go out to lunch or something, they call you when it's done and explain how to use, installer was very knowledgeable. The app tells you how many current miles, miles to service for oil and if you want to track your car with GPS to see your kids traveling to their destination. The subscription to the app is around $10 for the full features, $5 for just startup features and no GPS.

But glad I did!! Wanted to give my 2006 dodge charger some loving and been wanting a remote engine start but wasn’t surr which to go with. My Best Buy car audio rep told me to grab this one since it was on sale and includes 2 remotes and FREE installation so decided to order this and ship to my home. Arrived in mint condition and got it installed other day and couldnt be happier! The 3k mile range is more them enough for me and dont think ill do the drone thing since i dont need the app features. I just need the remote to turn on my car and thats it. Best Buy is my go to for all my car audio upgrades and recently they did my JVC double din car radio screen installation just a few weeksn prior! Will be back for all my car speakers to be upgraded to Kicker soon too!

Got this installed on my 2017 Elantra SE with regular key. Installation took about 90 minutes, best buy did a great anf clean job. Drone Mobile LTE feature is free for 30 days, i might as well pay for the service as it has some cool features. The only downside part is that the remote does not have a trunk release button but i can live without it

Very good, from inside my bedroom, I can start my car with the remote control, and I can see the location on the app on my phone at any time.

The remote start works great and the guy that installed it was nice but the feature that allows you to talk on the phone through the car doesn’t work anymore. The guy is doing some research and contacting the company that makes them to see what he can do to fix the issue. Hopefully it gets resolved

Overall the install was straightforward and took about two hours. The unit has worked well so far. Getting use to the functionality of this unit took a little time to get use too. But I don’t like the fact that you half to have a subscription to make it work for lock, unlock and remote start, now I could have miss understood this, but I will call the manufacturer for this question. But still satisfied.

Works great on my 21 Tundra. The app is useful to tell me the inside temp. Im still on the free trial so not sure if ill be subscribing or not. Subtract 1 star as it only comes with 1 two remote and 1 one way remote. Best Buy in Liberty Missouri did a great job installing it

This Module is super easy to use. App does everything for you . This drone all is very easy to use . It will tell you everything about your car . I started my car from 70 miles from my location and Turned off as well It works. I love it

Best remote starter I've had. I love the fact that it's a 2 way and tells me when the truck has responded. I also love all of the features in the app from telling you the battery voltage, to the temp in side the car, this has way more than I was expecting. Another thing I love is the run time it allows you. Instead of the factory 10 minutes you get with Toyota, this gives you 25 minutes. I have found this to be a much superior product to the Toyota remote start.

I had the last version of this remote start system and absolutely loved it, so I had high expectations for this new one — and it did not disappoint! The CSX5305S-KIT is just as good, maybe even better. One of my favorite features is that it comes with two remotes, which is super convenient. Plus, I love that I can start my car right from my phone — it’s fast, easy, and super reliable, especially in bad weather. The installation at the store was also excellent — smooth process, great customer service, and the system worked perfectly right after. Highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a reliable and modern remote start system!

Working great and they did a great job on the install, just took a long time to get it done. Scheduled nearly a month out

Would be 5 stars but the following was missing 1. A place to lounge for the 2 hours install 2. If the remote had a silence function since the beep is loud (unrelated to Best Buy performance) 3. If the unlock/lock buttons worked (unrelated to Best Buy performance) I have a 22 tundra non HV. This remote I got on sale for $400 and what a steal. Range works great 500plus feet from my office with multiple concrete walls. When the car is remotely started from locked car it will not shut off when the doors open which is the opposite effect the from the factory starter which is why I paid $400 instead of the $15 a month Toyota remote start option. I also like the flexibility of not many monthly subscription fees. Due to compustar, the lock and unlock buttons do not work on the fob and could reactive factory key but this is the least of my concerns.

Very good item changed my whole routine for the better and every morning I use it for when I get out of work I use it everyday I use best tool I’ve used

Excellent installation! Works incredibly. Daughter loves this for her VW Jetta GLI. Worth every penny. It even gives her other stats on the car from the Drone mobile app that is included. She loves remote starting from class so the car is warm when she gets out of college classes walks the long hall through frigid cold! The fobs are very nice as well. The whole system, installation, and experience was great!

Good product does the job, only thing is that ever since i got it installed when i turn on the car there's a message on my car screen saying that there is a tire pressure malfunction and the tire pressure light turns on. The light goes away when i switch gears to drive, but it's still weird that it does that.
