I have an old "mask" light therapy system that I've used on and off over the last few years. I never was really sure it helped my skin, but it didn't hurt. What I hated about it was the built in goggles. I didn't feel like it protected my eyes enough and that worried me. This hand-held light therapy device includes separate goggles which seem to provide better protection than the mask. Unlike the mask, the device can be positioned where you like (targeted spots). That being said, if you try to do your entire face with this thing you're going to have arm fatigue. Holding something still -the instructions say to NOT move it around - gets really tedious. If you can adjust it to fix it in a spot without it touching your skin, you're good to go. The package itself includes a charger but I used it with batteries - no problem. If you're looking to do your entire face in one sitting, this might not be the solution for you; but if you want something you can aim at your neck or a spot on your face it's a good solution.

Under the best case scenario, you find this item on sale. From there is where I would start reviewing the item. This may help in spots to get blood circulation flowing, which could help with helping take care of pimples. As of right now, I cannot comment if has made a positive difference for anti-aging. What I think is the most important thing to consider is that the area that this covers on your skin is not that big. So if you do feel like it has a positive effect, and would like to use it all over your face area, it becomes a bit of work. If you just need it for small spots in a 2" x 1.5" area, then this will do the trick. Probably requires you to hold it really close to your skin for more than the 3 minute minimum that it recommends. Batteries probably aren't way to use it, so now you have to have plugged into a wall jack nearby.

I like the idea of this product which is why I purchased it in the first place, but once I got it home and opened up and read the instructions I was disappointed. It is a very time consuming process and a little dangerous. Must protect your eyes from infrared light.

It works well as long as you're following routine beauty care. I have seen a reduction in spots and lines. I don't like how small it is. It takes longer when you focus on larger areas. I prefer red light therapy at desert sun.

I bought this for my wife as a Birthday present and she really likes it. She says it works as it says it will and after a month can see a difference. She really likes, so much she bought her mom one for her Birthday in January.

I haven't used it enough to fully review the product. So far my only complaint is the goggles that came with it. If I don't hold the light just right, it still bothers my eyes. I will have to update when I've used it longer, in regards to whether or not it makes a difference for my skin. For the price, it's worth a try.

I asked my grandma if she wanted it, and she said yes, it works great! It's the best she's ever seen!

Only had this 2 weeks and using it almost everyday but not sure I see results yet. I should have taken before when I started so I can compare. I will do that and come back to report.

I got this in the deal of the day at reduced price and love this item. I don't know how long it will take to see the affect on my skin.

I bought these to help with a scar after surgery. So far it seems like they are helping the scar become lighter in color.

Bought this item for my mom when it was on discount, pretty easy to use and did an okay job.

Have used this product t for about 3-4 weeks and it seems to make a slight noticable difference on skin tone. Need to use for longer period to be sure on if it can help reduce blemishes. Happy with the product this far.

I really didn't expect this to work, but it was on sale so I thought, why not try it. It has actually improved my fine wrinkles! I'm hoping it will also help the deeper wrinkles but it is too soon to say.

Have used this for several months watching my forehead lines decrease. Would recommend to anyone seeking to look younger and fight father time.

To say that I like this would be an understatement… Can be used while you're sitting and relaxing on the sofa and watching TV… Love it
