I love the ceramic lining. It's easy to clean and feels like a mug. The lid is finicky and does not always fit right. It's NOT meant to be leak proof, so don't expect it to be. The size is perfect for the amount of coffee I usually drink. It keeps the coffee warm enough over an hour's time and that's fine with me.

Easy and safe to use in the car on my way to work. Good for both hot and cold drink.

This cup keeps my tea nice and warm for my trips to town and that's exactly what I wanted. It has a locking lid so doesn't spill if it accidentally tips over. It works nice around the house (desk) and on the road.

This is exactly the mug I was looking for to drink my morning tea. It keeps it just the right temperature and is easy to fit under the Keurig for hot water (when you remove the tray). Perfect.

Wanted a ceramic reusable mug with a cover that made coffee taste better than in a stainless steel mug - check. It just does not keep coffee warm past about 1.5 hours.

I love contigo coffee cups because it keeps your coffee hot for hours but the other contigo cups felt like I was drinking out of a sippy cup! I stumbled on this cup by accident & it has become my favorite coffee cup! It keeps my coffee hot for hours, very durable & i love the grip handle...

These weighty mugs use a ceramic liner insulated with foam. The exterior is sheathed in aluminum with a rubber bottom. They will maintain the temperature of your beverage, but be wary not to break the inner liner.

Wanted ceramic mug with lid. The ceramic material helps keep flavor of coffee. However, it does not keep coffee hot much past an hour or two

I've been looking to buy a coffee mug but everyone I seen in dunking or any other store they just seemed cheap and not worth purchasing. Today I went back to BESTBUY always a good time for me - I went to purchase a Samsung smart watch to go with my Samsung 4k 49"smart TV w/HDR and as I was heading to the checkout I noticed these super quality mugs that are built with nothing spared and now I have a great coffee mug !!!@

Top does not seal allowing beverage to cool too quickly. It's unnecessarily heavy and does not keep hot beverages hot for more than 10 min. Big disappointment. It was a gift so didn't return. Would not recommend

Contigo - 12-Oz. Knox Travel Mug Keeps liquid real cold or real hot. works great. The lid works better than I thought it would. Like the ceramic inside instead of stainless steel.

If you are not going far, it will do. Bought Yeti - pricey but keeps very cold and ice lasts forever. Contigo seems like all the other travel cups.

The lid would not stay on. The mug looks nice but would not recommended for hot items.
