I bought this originally just because it was on clearance, but after using it a few time I HAD to go back and get more. The button is a wonderful invention! I have three young children and have to be very careful not to leave my cup open or they get spilled or drank. With this lid and it's self-sealing spout I have no worries. The button on the back releases the stopper and then when you let go it closes to not only protect from spills but also to keep the temperature for a longer period of time. And the best part is that it is extremely easy to clean. On the inside of the lid there is a release to the stopper and it pulls back far enough for me to actually clean the rubber seal! I will definitely be getting some of these for gifting in the future.

Bought two of these travel mugs. They are excellent. No leaks, the coffee stays hot for hours. Easy to clean and use. Fits perfectly in my car. Much better than previous travel mugs I have owned. Highly recommended!

I use this travel mug every single morning, whether I am on the go or just even at home. The reason I prefer it over every other mug I own now, is because of how LONG it keeps my beverages hot. I can sip the same first cup of coffee for 4 hours and it will stay PIPING hot, just like it was fresh brewed. Amazing.

This is the best cup I have ever owed. I had one in the past and mad a terrible mistake of giving it away. It took me forever to find another and I stumbled upon it in one of my favorite stores. Now it never leaves my sight. Keeps hot liquid hot for hours. Cool too. Just awesome.

This cup not only keeps the beverage hot but also self seals between sips so when I make that sharp right turn and the cup tumbles out of the holder I do not have a mess on the floor of the car. Great idea!

I have used this thing several times over. I have three of them right now. These mugs are my mainstay travel mugs. They fit perfectly under a Keurig if you take out the bottom catch basin when you use it. It keeps my hot stuff hot and my cold stuff cold. It never leaks. It fits my needs perfectly. Seriously, if you travel with coffee, Contigo makes the best stuff I could ever find.
