Nice little starter drone, very simple to use, pairs easily, and its easy for my 14 year old to use. He loves it!

I got and returned 3 drones I bought online because they did not deliver what the webpage said. So I decided to check Best Buy and found this awesome product. It has as great camera e powerful motor. The app is great and the phone holder amazing.

Great for what it is meant to do, and for the price point. Could definitely use a better gimbal for legitimate image stabilization. Only complaint. Plus, the battery life is pretty lousy.

This is my first drone. And it is fantastic. I came in the mail. I downloaded the app, put my phone on the remote, and it was easy to fly. I was like a pro in seconds. I would highly recommend this drone.

good stability and control in windy areas and excellent panoramic photos

While the drone offers some basic functionality, I found the overall performance to be underwhelming. The image quality lacks clarity, and setup proved to be more complicated than expected. Additionally, the drone struggles with stability, particularly in light wind conditions, which significantly impacts flight control and overall usability. Improvements in both hardware strength and software responsiveness would greatly enhance the user experience

It worked sometimes and other times it was very difficult to get it to start, the tracking function never worked, the quality of the photos and videos is not very good

The product have a very limited range. It was not worth the cost.

I had a different drone but I traded it in for this one and it works nicely and once you get the hang of it.It easy to use.

It lasted ONE DAY. It flew beautifully day one, great photos, the next day, quite inexplicably it wont fly anymore and the screen says “Device disxonnected”. 6 hours id that, multiple reinstalls of rhe softeare resolved nothing. Several calls to customer support over two days, no one answer. Took it back to BestBuy for a refund ans bought the DJI Mini SE 2 like i should have in the first place. This drone was a huge disappointment.
