Great for a small room for someone who has a disability. They can operate through phone or hand held control that comes with unit. Easy out of the box set yup

Easy to setup. Works great! It keeps the bedroom cold for sleeping while the rest of the house is set at the normal temperature.

It works good my biggest problem with, it I have a spinal cord injury and it is hard for me to move it to the sliding door to drain the drip pan on my carpet other than that it works good.
