This unit is very powerful. It’s replacing a wall ac unit that is not working properly anymore. It is able to cool a 500 sq ft room quickly. I purchased this unit to help cool a part of my house that is hot in summer and cold in winter. Love that this does both and with the seer rating I should save money on my electric bill. So far it is working great and doing its job well. Also love the ease of setting it up for WiFi and love the app. Very convenient to use while in other parts of the house or away from home. I have only 2 complaints. It is not as quiet inside as I thought it would be but still much quieter than the wall unit. The outside part is absolutely quiet though. Also the fan never shuts off but I have learned that is because it is an inverter unit and it is for efficiency. That’s why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Would have given it 4 1/2 stars if possible
