Hey i wish there was some feed back when i bought this the first time. Don't get the idea that something is wrong though. I bought this to try it out and man does it do the job well! Just look up youtube videos if you need proof. Both scan modes are amazing. Just a bit of a learning curve. One is lazer mode where you can scan anything using dots to reference locations so the scanner doesn't lose track of what youre scanning. After some tutorials and playing around it is pretty easy to use. In the start it seems like a lot but really at this price its everything youd need. The inferred scanning (i may be wrong but pretty sure thats what the 2nd mode was. I never used this mode so) is used without the dots and can easily pick up details on anythings as well. If you need someones head size for example... you can scan their head in and size helmets to their head in the programs and get things just how you want them. Im def going to buy this product again. Money is tight though right now so I'll wait for now. Hope this review helps you make your choice.

Best buy shipped a product that doesnt align with the website data as they shipped from a 3rd party. Then denied the return / resolve of the issue. I was informed by multiple best buy employeees that no one was able to help regarding the situation outside being told to explore charge back options with my credit vard. Highly recommended not purchasing.

Never worked right out of the box for me. Hophully it will work for you :-)
